I plan on doing as much of this rebuild myself as I can, but there are definitely some things I’ll need help with. Luckily, I’ve got someone with a lot more experience who’s willing to lend a hand. by @svt_les

Everyone has different reasons for wanting to be successful. These are mine.

Take care of my family, be in a position to help the people around me, and own some of the cars I used to dream about as a kid.

Nothing too complicated. Just trying to build a pretty cool life along the way.

As stressed as I may get.. I try to remind myself that I’m doing decent by @svt_les

Adjust. Don’t Quit.

Dropped a 45-pound plate on my toe yesterday, so today’s leg workout looked a little different.

There’s a difference between pushing through something you shouldn’t and finding a way to work around it.

Not every workout is going to go according to plan, and that’s fine. Change what you need to, work with what you’ve got, and keep moving forward.

Sometimes consistency is just being willing to adjust.

The internet has convinced people there’s one “right” way to train, eat, recover, stretch, do cardio… basically everything.

There isn’t.

The best fitness plan is the one that fits your goals, your schedule, and your life well enough that you’ll actually stick with it.

You don’t need to copy someone’s 5AM routine, eat the exact foods they eat, or train the way that gets the most views.

Make fitness yours. You’ll probably be a lot more consistent with it. by @svt_les

I’ve always wanted to be jacked, have tattoos, have a hot wife, be a dad , and a have a really cool fast car.. we have most of the boxes checked😂
Why not live your life and build your car the way YOU envision it all to be?? by @svt_les
