Happy Anniversary @natalie.h.swartz 🌿 🤍

Another year…. and somehow even more growth, more depth, more of us than we thought possible.

Together we learned, grew closer to ourselves and each other. We watered our hearts and souls, trusted God and the universe…. and were blessed to watch the fruits of that love and intuition come alive.

Our synchronicities deepened, our alignment strengthened, and our hearts opened wider than even the year before.

We stood rock solid, lock and step, even through the moments the universe threw our way unexpectedly…. and those moments only proved what our heart and soul already knew.

I want to THANK YOU for continuously supporting me…. for encouraging me to rediscover, honor, and share my gifts and passions with the people around us. That truly means more than words can hold.

This year I got to watch you honor your authenticity, your heart, your soul….. That kind of courage liberates everyone around you, including ME. It reminds me to lead with my heart and not just my head…. because the best things in life rarely came from logic alone. They came from faith, surrendering, opening up, and trusting. I am so excited for your next chapter of rising 🐦‍🔥 ❤️

To my Love - Happy Anniversary ❤️❤️

We met in 2006 at Canadian Nationals. 🏃🏾

Two driven hearts, unknowingly stepping into a partnership that would shape not just our lives, but the lives of our family, friends and community.

Today, we have a practice that reflects who we are ……. where passion meets purpose, and where our gifts can be fully shared with others. Beyond that …..the deepest awe I feel is for who you are becoming.

Over the last 6 months, I’ve watched you blossom even more…..not just in your work, but in the way you have turned inward, becoming more self-aware, more radiant, your authentic self. It’s breathtaking to witness, and this is just the beginning.

You support me in ways that words can’t hold. This is the kind of love that reached beyond words, that expands the heart, and opens new layers of who we are and can be.

You understands me…. my empathetic nature, my passion to help. You bring me adventure, care and depth to places in me that often go untouched. With you, I explore and nourish parts of my me I might have overlooked.

Today, we celebrate 5 incredible years of marriage! ❤️❤️

Reflecting on our beautiful journey, my heart overflows with gratitude and love. ❤️
From the moment we met at the National Track & Field Championships in 2006, to you taking a leap of faith and moving to BC, our love has been unwavering. You stood by me through my battle with cancer, and together, we achieved two degrees in different countries, culminating in the opening of our own physiotherapy studio.

Every moment with you has been a testament to our growth, resilience, and endless joy. Thank you for being my life partner, my best friend, and the love of my life. I cherish our past and am excited for our future, knowing that our love ❤️ will only continue to grow.
