come join us for our fall events at The Wellness Den and in the community.

Shawn Swartz and I dreamed up Centerpoint to be an inclusive community experience where we meaningfully connect with one another, and guide the group through a curated breathwork and sound healing journey.

At $49-$59 per event, this is one of our most affordable offerings and a great starting point to explore your inner terrain.

I have been practicing and exploring Breathwork, Somatics and “Inner Terrain” on my own, in the safety and comfort of home for years.

It’s not always practical to get to The Wellness Den, or another venue where you feel safe and held. This ONLINE introduction to breathwork and inner exploration gives you the opportunity to take a moment of pause in the safety and comfort of your own space. I will be preparing you with everything you need for a meaningful experience.

At $20, the goal is to make this experience accessible for anyone to try once, or build these into your monthly reset and nourishment rhythm.

Our capacity to build inner known terrain is only as effective as the tools, resources, and maps we develop to guide our exploration. We’ve updated this workshop to be a combinaton of classroom and playground, where we discuss and explore building our roadmap and toolkit through somatics, breathwork, meditation, felt sense, and reflection, and then we dive into a fun and playful journey to put our new tools and roadmap to use.

At $99, the goal of this 2.5hr session is to invest in your inner roadmap and toolkit which you then get to take with you into your every day life, where the real work and trajectory shift takes place. This is another great experience to bring a friend or partner.

In November, we are taking over an absolutely stunning 3,000 sq. ft. renovated loft in Langley to host a large community Centerpoint Gathering - this will be a special experience to bring a friend or group to!

For those wanting to dive deeper into their inner terrain, once a month we host a very special ceremony where we create the space to introduce working with the soft and gentle touch of Cannabis, as a plant-medicine ally to breathwork and inner exploratio

Centerpoint is an intimate and immersive journey which includes intention setting, breathwork, meditation, and a beautiful soundscape touched with live instruments created by @swartzac and @tyrellmara.

At $49 for this 2hr event, our vision is to make it accessible for all who’d like to come and connect as a community and savour an intentional moment of pause - bring a friend or two to enjoy the journey together!

Our CENTERPOINT collaboration between @tyrellmara and @swartzac is back with two special events: a small and intimate gathering at The Wellness Den on Oct 19th, and a special community experience at a one-of-a-kind venue in Langley, we’re calling “The Hidden Loft”.
Each experience will be anchored in safety, warmth, connection, and restoration, all are welcome. Come with the permission to pause, reset, and restore through this journey of sound, breath, live instruments and deep rest.

Yesterday’s Centrepoint session @wellness_den was on another level. Calling it just “breathwork” doesn’t do it justice.

@swartzac and @tyrellmara take you on a journey through breath, sound, and live instruments. In endurance sports and coaching, learning to regulate the nervous system through breath is such an important tool and this session really drove that home.

If there are still spots left, do not miss the last session.

Thank you guys for the early invite. You have something truly special here.

Thank you for your kindness and generosity 🎄

For me the holidays are all about giving, appreciation and spending quality time with those we love. Once again we have to thank the F.I.T. And Cultivates Health fam for all of your donations.

The amount of clothes we were able to donate this year truly was mind blowing! Every little bit helps during this time of year. Thank you to the Burnaby Progressive Housing Society, which includes my mom for creating this platform for us to give back.

Great things are accomplished when a team comes together. I’ve seen this too many times in my life to not believe in that mantra.

Attitude, gratitude and effort. They will take you as far as you want to go. Keep helping others rise in 2025 and have a fabulous holiday season.

What is your KURENT Lifestyle?

Throwback to when I was able to photograph these amazing men. This was the 1st ‘Brothers Brunch’ in Vancouver, celebrating our 256 ancestors who paved the way. 🙌🏽 Over 50 brothers from across the GVA came together for good food, great vibes, and soulful connections. These gentlemen came dressed to impress, and I was fortunate enough to capture it all.

Coming back home this month and anyone needing any photos let me know. Men, women, kids, sports, family whatever you need DM me for more details!
