Cameroon has the best diplomats!
Representing Cameroon at the Leadership Innovation Conference,Rwanda and As a young African leader, I do not support hate speeches. Reason being within the society, it is bound to expose those targeted to violence, but more so, social and economic exclusion. And when it’s not properly checked, it lays ground for conflict and human rights violation.

Gratitude isn’t the word I would use to define the feeling that comes after being recognized like this. But, for lack of a better word, I am grateful. Grateful for a chance to empower youths on a bigger platform than what I’ve been committed to building in the past years.

But before I throw light on the platform that has grasped my focus in the past year, let’s get an understanding of what AYLEC is bringing to the table. The Leadership Innovations Workshop is a transformative event designed to empower and equip young and middle-age professionals with the necessary skills, knowledge, and tools to become visionary and effective leaders in their respective fields. It focuses on capability building with actionable strategies and plans.

This works in light with my focus over the past few months, and the familiar platform aforementioned, that is YAA(Youths in Alternative Action) Foundation Which is aimed at entrusting youths with the necessary skills needed to creatively achieve success. With a workshop that runs for over 12 months and so much more to offer through project YDP.

With an opportunity such as this, my goal to give youths a drive to learn and acquire more impactful skill sets would be achieved properly.

In today’s rapidly changing world, effective leadership is crucial to address complex challenges and seize opportunities for growth.
That said, the workshop will take place in the beautiful city of Lusaka, Zambia, a city renowned for its progressiveness and commitment to innovation.

For further information about participating in the workshop happening in Zambia 🇿🇲, follow, and drop a message of enquiry via @yaafoundation Or myself right here.

This would be a life changing experience for you and any other youth around you. Don’t hold this back for just yourself. Please share.

Some journeys are about the destination… but with @traviq_hub journeys are about everything that happens along the way. A little Addis Ababa in between, a bigger story unfolding in Kenya, and a few moments I’ll let the pictures speak . It’s Afrimax o’clock by @yaafoundation

From starting with an idea with a few friends and a lot of faith to now having a physical space where people can walk in and get real support this means a lot to me.

I’m Ben Rawlings Eyong, and over the years, my journey has taken me through entrepreneurship, youth development, travel, conferences, community work, and building platforms that connect people to opportunities.

That journey is a big part of why YAA Group exists.

We’ve helped people build businesses, improve their CVs, find jobs, apply for scholarships and grants, access international conferences, improve their brands get visibility, and turn ideas into something they can actually work with. We’ve also impacted 5000+ Africans with skills for free

And now, you can walk into our office and access these services in person.

You can have a great product and still struggle to make sales.

Because sometimes, the problem isn’t your product , it’s how you’re marketing it.

If you’re posting consistently, people are watching, but the sales aren’t coming, there’s a reason.

I want to help you find it.

👇 Comment “SALES” and I’ll send you a link to book a FREE session where we’ll look at what may be stopping your product/service from getting the visibility and sales it deserves and how to fix it.

Don’t just build something great. Make sure people see it.
