Emotional mastery is learning to care deeply without losing yourself. 🧘🏻‍♂️

It is the ability to feel without being consumed, to love without controlling, and to remain compassionate without abandoning your boundaries.

Inspired by the wisdom of Bodhidharma, here are four practices to bring into everyday life:

🌿 Observe without reacting. Feel your emotions fully, but give yourself a moment before responding.

☯️ Release control. Focus on your actions, attention and attitude rather than trying to control every outcome.

❤️ Respond with care. Be honest and firm when necessary, without losing your kindness.

🍃 Forgive and reset. Release resentment, learn from the experience, and move forward without carrying unnecessary weight.

Detachment doesn't mean becoming indifferent. Compassion doesn't mean tolerating everything.

True emotional mastery is finding the balance between an open heart and a steady mind.

Save this as a reminder to practise the art of being both strong and gentle.

Over the last decade, I’ve learnt that choosing whom you work with is also choosing, in some ways, whom you allow to influence your life.

When you work closely with people, you become part of their world, and they become part of yours. You witness their dreams, their struggles, their breakthroughs, and the person they’re becoming.

And somewhere along the way, you grow too.

I’ve always been drawn to people who dream big but understand that life is about more than external success. People who value their health, relationships, inner freedom, presence, and the quality of their everyday experience.

People who want to build extraordinary lives without postponing the experience of living.

My role is to share what I’ve learnt, challenge perspectives, offer guidance, and help people integrate the different dimensions of their lives.

But I don’t believe growth is ever a one-way street.

Every meaningful relationship invites us to see something differently, question something within ourselves, and become a little more conscious of how we live.

This is why I choose these relationships mindfully.

Not because I have everything figured out, but because I remain committed to my own evolution while supporting someone else’s.

Ultimately, I want to help people build lives they love while continuing to build one of my own that I love living.

Because the quality of the people we walk alongside influences the quality of the journey itself.

Here’s to growing together, living consciously, and making the journey as meaningful as the destination.

Miracle working comes in different ways, but it always helps manifest what was once thought to be just a dream.

Sometimes, it looks like transforming your body. Sometimes, it means finding the courage to change careers, building a business, rediscovering yourself, or learning to experience life differently.

Sometimes, the miracle isn’t getting what you wanted. It’s becoming someone who can finally enjoy it.

For over two decades, I’ve explored the intersection of holistic wellbeing, self-awareness, movement, and human potential. Through bespoke mentorship, I help people bring their ambitions, inner world, and everyday lives into greater alignment.

Different people. Different journeys. Different ways of working.

The intention remains the same: to help you create a life in which you don’t have to sacrifice your aliveness to achieve your ambitions.

Because perhaps the greatest miracle isn’t making the impossible happen.

It’s discovering that a life you once only dreamed of can become the life you actually live. 🌿

One of the things out of my morning practices is my gratitude journaling. For some it’s just a performative concept but over the time when done with right intent it turns you into a person you never thought you would be, in a very positive way.

Let me know what your morning session before facing the world looks like! by @swasthyafc

Your strengths got you here. Your awareness determines how consciously you use them from here.

Growth isn’t always about becoming better at what you already do. Sometimes it’s about discovering when a different approach would serve you better. @theholistichimalayan by @swasthyafc

Most wellbeing asks: how can I feel better?
Swasthya asks: what becomes possible when we go further?

We begin by healing — caring for the body, nervous system, emotions, relationships, habits and mind.

Then we grow — developing strength, intelligence, emotional capacity, purpose, performance, relationships, wealth and freedom.

Our Six Freedoms — Physical, Mental, Emotional, Spiritual, Financial and Environmental — are not a checklist. They are infrastructure for a fuller life.

And then comes the deeper question:

Who is the “I” that is trying to heal and grow?

You can spend years healing the self, decades improving the self, and never question the assumption that you are the self.

Psychology helps us understand how identity is constructed through memory, conditioning, beliefs, roles and patterns.

Contemplative inquiry asks us to investigate our identification with that construction.

Not to reject the self.
Not to leave the world.
But to become free enough to participate more completely.

Love. Build. Lead. Earn. Train. Create. Play. Contribute.

Play every role completely.
Mistake none of them for the whole.

Heal the human.
Develop the human.
Liberate the human.

Freedom is not ultimately the perfection of your circumstances. It is the freedom with which you meet them.

Rapid fire 🇹🇭 or 🇮🇳?

Thailand or India by @swasthyafc

It was a fun interaction with @theholistichimalayan and having to see his perspective on these questions was a good conversation 😼💪

Our @swasthyafc immersion in Bangkok was a great experience, having to see things from different perspectives and embodying what you learn is important.

More content from Bangkok is dropping really soon ;)

These questions were inspired from @hustlerani

Thanks for watching the whole video (if you do, lol)

When you squeeze an orange you don’t get apple juice, you can only get orange juice,

means what you get out is what you’re actually filled with.

So you will doubt or have belief and faith in others based on whether you are filled with self doubt or self belief.

A person with belief in self will align and learn more from the silence of another person, a person with doubt will waste both their time.

That’s why when two believers meet, there is magical alignment wherein the cumulative growth is much more than the sum of their individual growth, this is where the world sees magic.

While for two doubters, waste their own energy and time, which could have been spent in creating value.

@swasthyafc immersions are for those empowered souls who are willing to see the. Beauty of their own dreams and take the leap of faith, that act in itself makes them maximise their time with me, as with the spirit of faith, they learn much more than I with my years of experience and talent can teach them.

@samvardhanbhandari didn’t only carry his body and mind to Bangkok but a heart full of love and a soul full of faith, and with that kind of energy only magic happens, miracles happen. by @swasthyafc

Infinite information isn’t the problem.

Unconscious attention is.

Every day thousands of voices compete for a small piece of your awareness—not because your life lacks meaning, but because your attention has become one of the world’s most valuable resources.

The question isn’t whether you’ll pay attention.

The question is:

Who—or what—will decide where it goes?

When awareness begins directing attention instead of algorithms directing awareness, something remarkable happens.

You stop reacting.

You start creating.

Your identity changes.
Your choices change.
Your experience changes.

The quality of your life is deeply connected to the quality of your attention.

Protect it.
Direct it.
Invest it consciously.

Because where attention goes,
life grows.

What are you intentionally giving your attention to these days?

You don't need another strategy.
You need a different identity.
Most people spend years collecting more information, hoping it will finally change their lives.
But information rarely transforms anyone.
Transformation begins when consciousness expands enough to permit a different decision.
That is where identity changes.
That is where old patterns lose their grip.
That is where abundance stops being something you chase and becomes the place you live from.
At Swasthya, we don't believe lasting change comes from motivation alone.
We intentionally design experiences that integrate:
• Conscious travel
• Insightful coaching
• Movement and embodiment
• Breathwork and nervous system regulation
• Conscious companionship
• Energetic alignment
So you don't simply return with memories.
You return as someone who naturally makes different decisions.
Because your inner world has expanded.

Your attention is not just where you look.
It is where your life goes.
Modern life rarely steals our awareness all at once. It fragments it—notification by notification, thought by thought, scroll by scroll, until being everywhere begins to feel normal.
But scattered awareness creates a scattered experience of self.
When awareness becomes focused, something changes.
The noise loses authority.
Energy stops leaking into everything.
Presence becomes deeper.
Intention becomes clearer.
And the fragments begin returning to wholeness.
This is the movement from distraction to devotion.
From reacting to consciously creating.
From fragmented attention to embodied presence.
Not by escaping the world—but by becoming fully present within it.
One thing. Fully. Now.
Your awareness is one of your greatest assets.
Where are you investing it today?
REALISE. REALIGN. RISE.
