Blissfulizing

and sipping this golden elixir called life
one soul quenching sip at a time by @theholistichimalayan

The beautiful parts of a community driven with love, embodiment and sharing, often hide in plain sight, not because they are far away, but it is so close that most people don’t notice.

Most of this because people live with performative blindfold’s, in order to look good in another persons eye, in order to fit someone else’s definition of fun, joy and peace someone else definition of being a traveller.

Those who overcome these obvious obstacles, can see the underlying current to what makes a place and its people beautiful.

Last night I had told Ibu that I wanted some local Balinese food from the local market and she had said we could go in the morning as she wanted flowers and some items for her daily ceremony, so Kinara came to the first floor in the morning to invite me and I was meditating she waited patiently for 15 minutes before we made our way.
As the three of us were taking off for the market today, right outside our door in the street I noticed grown adults from a distant land stopping their Scooty in the middle of the road, in front of the Banjar Canggu and in their intoxication and loss of etiquette’s, participating in public display of their shared hollowness in the highest vulgarity possibly , Ibu and the youngster with me watched and moved on, but for me there was feeling of pity at the unawareness of these people whose unawareness also hampers and disturbs others on more lively concious pursuit.

Leaving them behind as I entered the Local market I was greeted by so many locals who I have come to know and love over my time here, I picked some local meat, and some snacks and also some amazing local breakfast cereal.

After exchanging good energy and love we made our way back and as I write this I devour some Balinese snacks, present powerful and sending good energy even the the unaware so that they can find some grace and genuine love as me and the people around me are full filled with it, so much so, to give without losing anything ourselves. by @theholistichimalayan

Over the last decade, I’ve learnt that choosing whom you work with is also choosing, in some ways, whom you allow to influence your life.

When you work closely with people, you become part of their world, and they become part of yours. You witness their dreams, their struggles, their breakthroughs, and the person they’re becoming.

And somewhere along the way, you grow too.

I’ve always been drawn to people who dream big but understand that life is about more than external success. People who value their health, relationships, inner freedom, presence, and the quality of their everyday experience.

People who want to build extraordinary lives without postponing the experience of living.

My role is to share what I’ve learnt, challenge perspectives, offer guidance, and help people integrate the different dimensions of their lives.

But I don’t believe growth is ever a one-way street.

Every meaningful relationship invites us to see something differently, question something within ourselves, and become a little more conscious of how we live.

This is why I choose these relationships mindfully.

Not because I have everything figured out, but because I remain committed to my own evolution while supporting someone else’s.

Ultimately, I want to help people build lives they love while continuing to build one of my own that I love living.

Because the quality of the people we walk alongside influences the quality of the journey itself.

Here’s to growing together, living consciously, and making the journey as meaningful as the destination.

Miracle working comes in different ways, but it always helps manifest what was once thought to be just a dream.

Sometimes, it looks like transforming your body. Sometimes, it means finding the courage to change careers, building a business, rediscovering yourself, or learning to experience life differently.

Sometimes, the miracle isn’t getting what you wanted. It’s becoming someone who can finally enjoy it.

For over two decades, I’ve explored the intersection of holistic wellbeing, self-awareness, movement, and human potential. Through bespoke mentorship, I help people bring their ambitions, inner world, and everyday lives into greater alignment.

Different people. Different journeys. Different ways of working.

The intention remains the same: to help you create a life in which you don’t have to sacrifice your aliveness to achieve your ambitions.

Because perhaps the greatest miracle isn’t making the impossible happen.

It’s discovering that a life you once only dreamed of can become the life you actually live. 🌿

Your landing spot in Bali determines the depth or shallowness of your experience, I am so happy that I almost avoided everything else, which involves all the glitz, glamour, silicon, run clubs, steroids, six packs, influencers, collabs, business circles, and everything else which lies on top of the deeper consciousness of this island, and found a family which helps me engage with the depth of this awesome place.

Today at Pura Batu Mejan I was reminded of the intentionality and depth of every being of this island which makes every moment a present experience.

I observed the Hinduism of embodiment, presence and abundance, a community built on simplicity and integration backed by deep archetypes and meaning, it reminded me of the practices of the deeper Himalayas.
And I felt the kind of presence which nothing external can offer, so much so that I spent most of my time without my phone and had to later take the videos from Ibu @nipurtini

So grateful for the energies of this island that keep making me realise that somehow we are connected, and my deeper purpose in life was to be here and now, in using my holistic essence to integrate further and see how I can be of service to these energies, which guide me well. by @theholistichimalayan

The 15th second is the peak of my editing journey of 15 years, I cried while laughing, the dragon flag isn’t that easy for too, and to have the trust of these awesome people to do something like this is amazing.

22 years of consistency where the will has been forged through repetitive suffering and obstacles , and at each time of falling the rising has been difficult but I have always chosen the path of honour and righteousness.

As I used to wake up on my terrace in the lower Himalayas and sustain my consistency without an audience or any support, I learnt that eventually you have to be a source of goodness and inspiration rather than seek it outside.

A superhero is someone who has many reasons to turn into darkness, but still chooses to be light. One who allows the good in him to prevail.

And as I grow and guide others on brighter journeys, I am mindful of honouring the sacredness of sel chosen suffering and the privilege of being able to choose one’s pain.

Happy Dusshera by @theholistichimalayan

When I see someone deeply I see how the light in them overcame their darkness, all of us have excuses to choose darkness, but to still live with one’s light when life puts you through pain is the real way of the warrior.

And warriors recognise warrriors.

And they go on difficult walks together.

Suffer with honour.

Grow.

And keep walking.

Helping others walk with honour just by how they are.

I was also Watching @anna_zarubey while editing this, she was trying pull-ups at the end of her workout, maybe in her state of focused determination, she didn’t realise she was tired, but went on and on and on, so I realised how I blessed I am to have such humans around me, who inspire just by being themselves, without even realising. by @theholistichimalayan
