Calling all college students in CT. 👀 We're opening up applications for our next team of Campus Ambassadors.

I started this program for one reason: college is a lot. the stress, the schedule, the pressure to do it all. I wanted to give students a real reason to get on their mat more, so this. is. that.

as an ambassador you get:
💧one class a week at your home studio
💧free merch
💧 class passes to hand out on campus
💧a custom referral code for your clubs, orgs, teams, or Greek life

what we ask in return is simple: one TikTok or Reel a month, four IG stories a month, tagging us so your followers can find the place you love to sweat at.

if you've taken class with us and want more of that in your life, apply now!! link is on our website under Community > Ambassador Program. three quick questions and we'll take it from there.

applications close 10/14. let's get you flowing.

this studio that has changed and formed and shaped and guided every part of my life from age 22 on turned 9 years old today. we opened 9 years ago. I didn’t even realize the date today until it popped up on my Facebook memories. I taught yoga this morning in that first studio to 50 people, I used a silly rock playlist Brooks helped me make last night. and then we spent the day in our gardens and planned our weekend next week around west hartfords grand opening. I don’t know what I envisioned my life turning out to be 9 years ago, but I can confidently say this wasn’t it. this life, these studios, my friends, our communities, my family… I could have never dreamed this up.

when I opened I put a sign humble and kind up because i didn’t know what I was building but I knew that mattered to me a whole lot. turns out, those two things can take you pretty freaking far (add in blood, sweat, tears, so on and so forth). happy 9 @sweatfluencehotyoga , thank you for it all. taken in Sweatfluence by @sweatfluencehotyoga

New Haven, you’ll always have such a special place in my heart. 🤍

This city has been part of so many different chapters of my life. From my college years and figuring out my 20s to opening my second Sweatfluence studio and watching an entirely new community come together.

There’s something really special about getting to build a business in a place that helped shape who you are. And even more special about the people who become part of it along the way.

The instructors, the students, the familiar faces, the friendships, the Yalies who somehow make four years go by way too fast. You've all made this studio so much more than I could have imagined.

New Haven is my second Sweatfluence baby, and I think I got to enjoy the process a little more this time around. Maybe because I knew what I was doing. Maybe because I knew just how good it could get.

Either way, I’d do it all over again.

Here are a few reasons why I love our little corner of New Haven so much. 🫶

Ambassador mode: activated 💧

If you're the friend who already drags everyone to class with you... might as well make it official.
Applications are open. Come sweat with us!
