Although we continue to mourn the loss of our dearest Jackson, we still have so much love to continue giving. Introducing Brooklyn's new bestie Oreo 🐱 by @sweetcheeks416

Day #5 since the flood and this is the extent of how much damage it caused JUST to my floor.

We are the on the floor that was directly below the pipe (with our unit being directly under it). Our floor is in worse condition compared to the actual floor it happened on #luckyme by @sweetcheeks416

No, that's not my condo with the water coming out of it...but my condo is the one beneath it! You can't see me, but I'm watching all of this from my living room as my condo took the wrath of a hot water pipe that burst.

I was doing laundry when I heard a loud POP and then water gushing. Like a horror movie my entire condo flooded from the vents, from the stove, from the walls. I could have been seriously hurt, and thankfully Brooklyn was not home. The cats were ok, but Jackson passed away on Tuesday.

Four floors and 79 units, with ours being a write off. When it rains, in my case it doesn't just pour - it floods. by @sweetcheeks416

To those of you wondering how my vacation / Brookie's first flight has been going...

We were supposed to leave Toronto with a direct flight on Thursday 3:55pm, but 2 snowstorms came.

Then we rescheduled it to Tuesday 10:10am, but a plane crashed the day before.

We thought spending 8hrs at the airport on a trip we didn't get to take with a 1yr-old was fun - but it got sooooo much funner when we spent 11+hrs waiting for our next flight.

Finally arrived Tuesday night at 9pm.

Thank you #aircanada for making Brooklyns' first trip(s) so memorable 👍

Last vacation I took was in 2023 when we were affected by not just one, but TWO snowstorms-of-the-century (one each way), and now we're on a hot streak of 4 flights in a row messing up our plans and getting rescheduled! Let's see if we can keep the streak going by making it 5 when we return... 🤬 by @sweetcheeks416

The look you give your mother when you see yourself on the big screen for the first time 😂

Brookie had such an amazing time at her very first Leaf game - and bonus they beat the Habs! Thank you to her amazing godparents for making the night so memorable 💙💙💙 by @sweetcheeks416

This was kiddo rooting for the Panthers at the start of the playoffs way back in the spring...I can't believe she's already 1-1 and I'm 0-44! Regardless, it was a fun run and congrats to Florida on winning the cup - Brookie now cannot wait to visit Sunrise FL for her first game there next year! by @sweetcheeks416

Surprise, found me on Netflix today while feeding Brookie!

I remembered filming this at the Royal York Hotel a super long, long time ago but never actually saw the scene. One of the few times I wasn't just a blur on the screen!
