FAB is more than a bootcamp 💜

It’s a community where women can build strength, confidence and lasting support at every stage of life.

With over 400 women joining our classes since launch, FAB continues to grow through five pillars: community, strength, confidence, support and you time.

From postnatal recovery and baby buggy classes to strength training, events and online coaching, we’re here to support women on every step of their journey.

Because strength training should be accessible to all women. It’s a necessity, not a luxury.

FAB Strength, Strong women. Stronger together. 💜
