FAB is more than a bootcamp 💜

It’s a community where women can build strength, confidence and lasting support at every stage of life.

With over 400 women joining our classes since launch, FAB continues to grow through five pillars: community, strength, confidence, support and you time.

From postnatal recovery and baby buggy classes to strength training, events and online coaching, we’re here to support women on every step of their journey.

Because strength training should be accessible to all women. It’s a necessity, not a luxury.

FAB Strength, Strong women. Stronger together. 💜

Five lovely walks paired with a coffee stop for your next day out, with little legs or without 💚

Save this for the weekend and send it to your walking buddy 🥾

Thanks so much for all the shares and saves. Part 1 of Clare, with more to come!💞

So incredibly grateful to Siobhan, Frank and everyone at Sweet n Green @sweetngreen_cafe for their very generous donation of €500 for Emma’s Every Step @emmaseverystep
These funds were raised through Siobhán’s beloved father’s “Pat’s Garden” Candle, a beautiful tribute and a true act of kindness.
Thank you for your support, generosity, and for thinking of us — it means more than you know
