I have 4 pairs of one-of-a-kind upcycled pants available on my website - link in bio! Created out of secondhand shorts + tapestries, table cloths and other fabric ✨ all named after songs I feel that vibe with them :)

Would love to know which pair is your favorite 🫶🏻 taken in Birmingham, Alabama by @swirlexy

Some earth magic over the past 24 hours ✨ today was so so wonderful - full of movement and sunshine. I wrote this poem about my interpretation of god a few months ago and was thinking about it this morning on my walk and decided to type it up to share :) How lucky are we to experience all the beauty that surrounds us 🌎 taken in Birmingham, Alabama by @swirlexy

31 ✨ Flowing through life with love, mindfulness and intention is my mantra for 2026 and my birthday celebration was exactly that :)

I feel that part of my purpose is to help others connect with their creativity and to be their most authentic selves so I asked my friends to create something that reflects their most true selves and they really did it big time.

Year 30 was full of new realizations, adventures, perspectives, and lessons - bringing me exactly where I am and meant to be and finding the balance in it all.

Forever grateful for my people who show up for me - that see me, understand me and supports me. I can’t wait to see what this next year in my journey brings and all that I create ♡

• @rennan_zaharias baked me the most magical butterfly cake
• @sundrop_beats brought the vibes with some sick beats
• @bama_boy_blackwell got the collaborative live drawing started with a mandala and Buddha board
• @kellycorr created a collaborative drawing with her elementary students she teaches
• @carlymurray put together a beautiful flower arrangement
• @kttee_ created a watercolor painting + drawing of her angel Willow
• @leahguarisco created a mixed media of photography and real pressed flowers!
• Bobby sculpted a chess pawn out of climbing chalk
• @jroddd_808 put together some fire playlists
• @juliannaneal & @jacobleepowell created a homemade pickle ball paddle piñata
• @gratefullysteph wrote an amazing poem
• @foss85 drew a pretty sweet drawing

Lastly, I created a couple pages to my poetry book with handmade paper, fabric collage, and sewing - stay tuned for more details :) by @swirlexy

Reflecting on my adventures today and feeling so much gratitude for all that I got to see :) this first photo was one of the longest travel days of my life. I was sleep deprived, exhausted and felt like I kept making one mistake after another.

The main goal of driving through Arizona was to see some big cacti and although my day didn’t turn out like I planned, I still made it happen. I arrived at the Desert Botanical Gardens just in time for sunset over Phoenix, AZ and it was pure bliss, my saguaro cacti dreams came true.

A reminder that even through the chaos, the universe seems to always know what’s up. Life goes exactly as it should and maybe things end up even better than you planned🌵

Started writing about my travels today and hoping to share it sometime in the next month + my trip itinerary for anyone that’s interested in reading :) taken in Desert Botanical Garden by @swirlexy

Beneath the forest -
Fairy’s dream.

Soft trickling
Of the stream.

The fog drifts,
Many ferns to see.

A butterfly lays -
Waiting for me.

Maze of trees,
Infinite layers of energy.

Grounded in moss,
Expecting nothing -

Yet the earth
Holds me.

I bask in the beauty -
Tranquility.

Present mind,
Clear thoughts -

What have you found
That was once lost?

Reality becoming,
Revealing true being -

It’s the universe,
that I’m seeing.

I am magic
I am beauty
I am love
I am light

You are magic
You are beauty
You are love
You are light

We have it all -
Here and now.

It lives
deep within.

The journey,
That lies between -

Riding the wave
of discovery.

What do you notice,
what do you see?

Is it the non-stop chatter
on your tv -

Or the wonders
of nature’s beauty,

Just beyond
your door?

Thoughts in my head September 11, 2025 and fully feeling it throughout my travels last week. Had the best time of my life exploring the west - seeing some of the most unreal parts of this world and noticing every little detail of beauty in it all. I hope you get to experience it for yourself ◡̈ taken in Mesa Arch, Canyonlands by @swirlexy

A wave of pines
Floating among the peaks.

The wind whispers,
Wildflowers sing.

Submerged in solitude -
Stillness under the trees.

I wonder:
What’s on a butterfly’s mind?

The earth,
lifting my being.

I pause,
Listening -

What does the universe
Have to say to me?

The moon -
She speaks to me.
Changing in phases,
How we both be.

She lights the sky,
So elegantly.
Some don’t even notice,
But I see.

Never alone -
I thank her,
For walking
With me.

Silhouette mountains,
Cotton candy skies behind.

No two paintings of the night
Will ever look the same.

A landscape -
Of my soul.
