Home Practice Series 4.0 starts this Sunday 🏠🌬️ I took this video right after a seated breathwork practice (10 min). Still in my PJs. No filter.

Today I practiced for 35 minutes. Most mornings it’s more like 15–20… unless I catch the magical 5:30am window before baby wakes (if I’m lucky).

Home practice doesn’t ask us to be perfect.
It asks us to show up.

Consistency builds circuitry, not intensity.
And if you can own a home practice, you can own your day. Even if it’s only 10 minutes.

Want to learn how to craft your own home practice? Have better command of the nervous system? Develop better clarity of thinking, seeing?

Join me this Sunday for an intimate exploration of pranayama, meditation, and form - a blend of what I’ve learned from teachers around the world, shaped into something real and doable for your life.

Well look at bodies, adjust, converse, workshop, and theorize. Come as you are - with your injuries and your questions 💫

I’m bringing out all my favorite tools.

This is an investment in yourself, in your health, in your longevity, in your resiliency. There is no one way - the way is to eventually become your own best teacher. We all have that power within us.

Sundays: 2/8, 2/15, 2/22 | 11:30am–2pm
$135 for the full series
Virtual option available + recordings sent if you miss a session.
