We are delighted to announce that acclaimed visual artist Amy Sherald (@asherald), will present the Marian MacDowell Arts Advocacy Award to Sade Lythcott (@sade1111), CEO of the historic National Black Theatre in Harlem and a leading advocate for equitable access to the arts.

We are also honored that philanthropist and social-impact advocate Ruth Ann Harnisch (@ruthannharnisch), will present the Hillcrest Arts Impact Award to Tina Roth Eisenberg (@swissmiss), the Swiss-born designer and entrepreneur behind CreativeMornings, a global
community celebrating creativity and connection.

MacDowell’s 2026 National Benefit will bring together an extraordinary community of inspiring artists, visionaries, and leaders whose work embodies pride, resilience, growth, and faith in the future of the arts. Together, their collective impact strengthens our communities, both locally and globally, and reminds us of the transformative power of art to inspire connection, possibility, and lasting change.

It is with immense excitement that we announce Tina Roth Eisenberg, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of CreativeMornings, as the recipient of the 2nd Annual Hillcrest Arts Impact Award.

An accomplished graphic designer, Tina Roth Eisenberg (@swissmiss) moved to New York City without knowing a single person. With a passion for bringing creative people together, she went on to create one of Brooklyn’s first co-working spaces, laying the foundation for what would become a much larger creative movement.

From that spirit of community, CreativeMornings (@creativemorning) was born. What began as a small breakfast lecture series has grown into the world’s largest face-to-face creative community, with a presence in over 250 cities across 73 countries. 25,000 designers, artists, entrepreneurs, and creative thinkers around the globe gather monthly to form this community, thanks to the hard work of over 1,500 dedicated CreativeMornings volunteers.

The Hillcrest Arts Impact Award recognizes institutional or corporate leaders whose contributions to the arts and culture sector have had a profound impact on the work, wellbeing, and amplification of artists. Named for Hillcrest, the historic home of Edward and Marian MacDowell, the award honors the creative and entrepreneurial spirit of MacDowell’s founders who worked tirelessly from the seed of an idea to build and sustain a vibrant organization supporting artists around the world.
