Love our quiet little Christmas season 🎄❤️

Backcountry Christmas tree hunt this year was sadly just a hike but at least we have snow on the ground!

Still hoping for that December snow… and January snow… and… ❄️🌨️ taken in Tennessee Pass by @switchinvail

Three years has brought an understanding to the term “you carry the grief with you”. You don’t leave it behind, like you’ll never leave them behind. You all move forward together 🧡 taken in Tennessee Pass by @switchinvail

Pretty sure Frodge fell in love all over again when I asked him if we could go downhilling at Trestle Bike Park for our anniversary 🚲🧡☺️

Sometimes, a reminder of where you’re from shows up in the most unexpected time and place.

I love these Vermont waffles so much that my brother once sent me a dozen frozen waffles for my birthday 🧇

A 1/2 plain 1/2 chocolate waffle, just like the good old days, was the perfect way to end a day of downhilling at Trestle Bike Park with @hey_katiej - thanks for the sign of approval, @iskitoofast4u 😘 taken in Trestle Bike Park by @switchinvail

What a weekend! Hosted @shaediddyq for her annual CO pilgrimage, saw Modest Mouse at Dillon Amphitheater, took a bike clinic with the best ladies on some of the prettiest trails, biked from our house to Tennessee Pass Cookhouse for brunch, and put in plenty of neighborhood miles with Reggie (+ Frodge).

Love Colorado summer weekends!

What a weekend! A successful surprise for cousin Jay, some of the best mountain biking in CO, amazing views, and quality time spent with family and friends. It took a few years, but I feel like we’ve finally figured out the best way to celebrate Chris on his birthday. His presence was felt all around us this weekend and I think he’d be pretty damn proud of us!

Now it’s time to gear up for the Get Off The Couch Foundation’s kick off event on June 21st. Please consider donating or registering to participate (in person or remotely!) to help raise money in support of getting kids active in the outdoors!

Happy birthday big brother, I sure do miss you ❤️

This weekend, I spent time in Colorado with my SIL, BIL, and Chris’s cousins. This was a weekend to clear the mind, breathe deep, and soak beautiful landscapes. Mountain Biking together was the most incredible way to honor and remember Chris Del Sole on his birthday, today.

He was always dreaming big, especially when it came to getting kids outside and active. The @getoffthecouchfoundation we are building is turning his dream into reality, to give children who might not otherwise have access to outdoors adventures the joy of biking, skiing, snowboarding, hiking, and more.

We’re kicking off the GOTCF with our first fundraiser on Saturday, June 21st at Norbrook Farm Brewery in CT, free childrens beginner and intermediate/advanced mountain bike clinics, disc golf, hiking, trail walks, live music, beer, food trucks, with a fun day for the whole family.

Please help remember @iskitoofast4u on his birthday with a donation to GOTCF 501(c)(3), or register and join us for a day of fun at Norbrook Farm. For Tickets and Donations visit GetOffTheCouch.life taken in Fruita Mtb Trails by @switchinvail

Perfect day to #getoffthecouch for the first ride of the season with @docfrodge

Calling it a win - I remember how to ride and I didn’t meet up with any of the cactus🌵✔️

This year is also Hazel’s debut - got myself a big girl bike and couldn’t be more excited for the season!

Hut Trip 2025 - The one where it was just @hey_katiej and I because apparently all of our friends have responsibilities or some nonsense 😆
Nevertheless, time spent in a hut is always time well spent and I’m so proud of us for tackling this adventure by ourselves!
