Tomorrow's the day!

Meet the crew behind Get Off The Couch: the grant writer who tests the durability of local shrubbery, the finance guy who keeps both our books and our bikes running, and the elder millennial who somehow ended up in charge of Instagram.

These are just a few of the volunteers who will be onsite all day to answer questions, point you in the right direction, and help make your day a great one!

Still thinking about joining us? Registration remains open. If you can't attend, register for virtual participation or consider making a donation (🔗 links in bio!). Every dollar raised helps us get more kids off the couch, outside, and into activities that build confidence for years to come.

See you tomorrow! 🚲🧡

A week at @pinehausbreck was the best way to kick off 2026. This is what we've been waiting for... all 3 Riley boys joining us on the slopes. Honestly, it's a dream come true! And the fact that we got to stay as a family (including Juno!) for the first time in our ski condo and spend time with so many friends made it extra special.

Finally made it to the Cookhouse! Thanks to Meg & Frodge for another mountain life adventure. We didn’t get as many dinners in as we hoped, but plenty of winters to go. Love you!

…and shout out to the shared birthday dinner at Alpenrose in February - we don’t need to talk about the 4-0 part…

Thank you to my two San Diego besties @leighaksmith and @lisabittner for braving Colorado’s “spring” weather for an early b-day celebration! And to @jessicalvail @switchinvail @ryguy1l & @twesterbeck16 for helping me show them the BEST (coldest) time!

@sofitukker was unbelievable - setting a date with all of you for the Vegas residency NOW! 😘🤩

US Hut Trip is officially on the books! A huge thank you to this crew for showing me the ropes and opening their annual trip up to me. I can’t wait to be a part of it for years to come. But next year, sauna. Definitely sauna.

I went outside my comfort zone this weekend on my second Hut Trip in Colorado

My oldest brother (aka Hut Daddy) reserved a hut (don’t be mislead — a beautifully built Wood Cabin heated by wood stove) for a group of us (including two of my Co cousins).

Most of them skinned out with back country skis and @mtnjohns and I snowshoed 6.2 miles, 1700ft elevation at -5 plus windchill to 12k feet elevation.

I learned how much I don’t know and how much I will go out of my comfort zone to be with my 👯 people.

The snow, cold, and elevation are absolutely not my element🥶.

I was there for the 🧩puzzling, ☕️ hot beverage sipping, and 🤗squeezing my fam who moved to Colorado long before me.

Sleep😴 didn’t do its thing and yet I feel rested and exhausted thanks to shifting out of my creator mode of work.

I led a 75 min Yin/Gentle Yoga session and it was hilarious/beautiful seeing my cousin @switchinvail touch into my world. “I’ve never thought about where my heart is.” “I have no idea what you mean by paint your body with your breath” “This is why I could only do yoga with you” 😂🫶🏻

I didn’t understand 60-75% of the conversation and yet on my snowshoe out I thought, “I am so grateful to be with them right now.”

We got lost until we were found and I started blistering just in time to be saved by @docfrodge with the snowmobile🙏🏻.

I stepped out of being the facilitator, leader, or conversationalist and got to sit back and relax. Make espresso, and eat lots of insanely delicious Chocolate pecan pie by @firsttrackfoods our frostbite informant.

Again, reminded of the necessity to turn off and receive.

Rest is the space we integrate. Discomfort is a place we grow.

I wish this all for each and every one of you.

My retreats are not this extreme and yet equally as informative to learn about yourself, rest, receive and have conversations you wouldn’t have in your day-to-day.

Join us in Winter Park this March, Sedona in May, or Catskills, Ny in December for a Yoga retreat & Wellness adventure. Dm with any questions
