From our very first transformation to the first time stepping on stage and earning top 3. From coming back for redemption and taking first place to sweeping the whole show and winning the overall. And now, standing side by side at our very first Nationals together. We started working together at the beginning of 2023 and we have not missed a single beat. Every check-in, every workout, every moment of trust and effort has brought us here. The results speak for themselves, but the journey means even more. Proud would be an understatement. This is only the beginning. by @swoleyo

At the 2023 competition, Ayo and I embarked on a deeply personal journey that was filled with emotional highs and lows. Despite our best efforts, we did not achieve the placement we had hoped for, which left us carrying disappointment in our hearts as we left the venue. Reflecting on that day, I realized that there were mistakes I needed to come to terms with, particularly in the carb-loading process, which did not go as planned. On the day of the show, Ayo experienced stomach discomfort and encountered a minor spill. Additionally, we faced challenges with our posing. Following this experience, I made a promise to Ayo that I would guide him to an overall award in the future. As the off-season phase began, I devoted myself to refining our approach, and Ayo committed wholeheartedly to the plan. Despite the short off-season, I am proud to say that we made significant progress during that period of time. As we commenced the competition prep, I meticulously paid attention to every detail to ensure a seamless peaking process for the show. After undergoing the rigorous process, we were thrilled with the package we brought to Sudbury. Everything fell into place on Friday and Saturday, and Ayo even remarked on how calm and smooth he felt, expressing wonder at the normalcy of his composure. Ayo, as I’m typing this out, I want you to know how incredibly proud I am of you. Thank you for never complaining, for facing every challenge with a smile, and for giving your all. I also want to extend a huge shoutout to @officialhightophamlett & @fitlife.sil for their invaluable assistance with posing. I cannot thank this couple enough for the critical role they played. With their help, my guys now present their physique like seasoned pros on stage. Thank you @sudburyclassicchampionships and @cindyvep_ifbbpro for hosting incredible show. by @swoleyo

From stepping onto the bodybuilding stage for the very first time to conquering two shows back-to-back, @swoleyo journey is a true source of inspiration. With an impressive collection of six medals – including a shining gold, two cool silvers, and three strong bronzes – his hard work and determination have been unwavering. Never a complaint, always giving a full 110%, and nailing communication skills like a pro, he's the kind of athlete coaches dream about. Each day, he pushes to be better than before, showing incredible discipline. As we set our sights on the 2024 Natural Pro Qualifier, there's no doubt he'll own the stage with an unmatched performance. 💪🏆 Ready to keep shining and working harder! #Inspiration #Dedication #roadtoproqualifiers #bodybuilding #fitness by @swoleyo
