camp through my lens

A canvas: empty, blank, meaningless, and bare
He brings beautiful life to with great care

Each sunset I sit back in complete admiration
My camera lens could never encapsulate His creation

In the same way, I can’t comprehend his love for us
So much so he died on my cross

I was like that canvas too
but like that sky, I’ve been made new.

The more of His creation I capture and see,
the more I’m reminded of what He’s done for me. taken in Camp Willow Run by @syd.norman

Father, thank you for the family you’ve surrounded me with, the lives you’ve changed, and memories I’ll cherish forever. Words could never express my love for Camp Willow Run!

If you struggle to find rest, peace, and purpose in this world:
Consider leaning into His arms for rest.
Consider casting your anxiety on Him.
Consider His way as the most fulfilling one.
Consider Him! taken in Camp Willow Run by @syd.norman
