OFF DUTY FOR THE NIGHT WITH @imkylecooke 🪩❤️‍🔥

Yeah so … we’re going to be talking about this one for a while.

Kyle Cooke x Off Duty was such a reminder of how special this community really is. The people, the energy, the support, the absolute chaos in the best possible way.

We’re so grateful to everyone who showed up, celebrated with us, and helped bring this night to life.

And as if we needed another reason to celebrate… what a way to ring in Syd's 30th birthday!!! 🪩 by @sydney.clapp

One year of @offduty.pilates.
This has been one of the most rewarding, stressful, magical, overwhelming years of my life. It’s taken many unexpected twists and turns, but I really don’t think I would change a thing. We’ve helped people reconnect with movement in a place they can feel comfortable showing up and being themselves. We’ve created the BEST and most supportive community. I get to work with some of my best friends every single day?! I’ve created friendships with people I know will be with me for life, friends I now call family.

Some days I want to throw in the towel, but I look back at what’s been created and I think it’s something to be really proud of. We’ll be back stronger than ever, sooner than you think. Happy birthday Off Duty, you’ve taken years off my life and I wouldn’t change it for the world.

Also fully thought the anniversary was on the 26th, so that’s how I’m doing! taken in London, Ontario by @sydney.clapp
