HYROX 2026 💙💪🏼

There’s something cool about doing something that scares you a little, pushing you to the point of quitting, pushing each other that much more, and finishing what you started.

There are so many things I want to say about Sunday, but ultimately I just want to say that I am BEYOND proud of us! We showed up and WE DID THAT even if it (slightly) killed us in the process.

PRE-ROX PUMP UP 🪩

T-30 minutes, the confidence was high and the preparation was…questionable..

SkiErg ⛷️ + 1K 🏃🏻‍♀️

No evidence of the first station, but our shoulders can promise you it happened..
Nothing but straight smiles on the track when your hype crew is waiting for you around the corner!

Sled Push - 50m 🛷

Proof you can suffer AND serve! 💅🏼

Sled Pull - 50m 🪢

We have never done one of these in our lives, but Libby absolutely ATE this station up and left no crumbs!

RowErg - 1,000m 🚣🏻‍♀️

Ignore the part where I almost rowed myself straight off the machine. (lol)

1K 🏃🏻‍♀️ + HALFWAY 🤩

4 stations down, 4 to go, and somehow the vibes were still immaculate!

Burpee Broad Jumps - 80m 🐸

Just me questioning every decision that led me to this exact position..

Farmers Carry - 200m 👩🏻‍🌾

Just casually taking some weights for a little walk..

Sandbag Lunges - 100m ⏳

When your legs tap out, your bestie taps in!

FINAL 1K 🏃🏻‍♀️

8K hits different when you know you’re on the last one!

Wall Balls - 100 reps 🏐

The final boss of HYROX.

THE MOMENT WE WAITED FOR 🏁

All that work for this exact run. The perfect mix of completely exhausted and completely on top of the world. Running up that platform knowing that we had finished every last kilometer and every rep was EVERYTHING!

CLOCKED IT ⏱️

Incase anyone needed proof we actually survived.

PROUD GIRL MOMENT 💐

Shoutout to Lib’s fam for the flowers that hit a little different after a race like that.

BESTIES WHO HYROX 🤩

Would I do it again? Ask me after my body recovers..
Would I do it again with Libby? Every. Single. Time.

TEAM SYD 🥹

There’s something really special about looking over mid-race and seeing your people cheering you on.

THAT’S A WRAP ✔️

New Mexico (05/15–05/19) 💛🏜️
24 hours of driving and baby shower!? Obviously, we had to make a trip out of it!

12 hours there, 12 hours back 🚗💨 (thank goodness for energy drinks), sleeping in the car (some of us slept a little better than others 😴), and all the animal loves 🐶🐱 (7 dogs + 3 cats). Roxy even joined us in our room (which she was clearly thrilled about 😳).

Got all dressed up for the baby shower, and even saw horses just casually playing some soccer on the way 🐎⚽️

Then off to White Sands! We tried sledding down the dunes (the free sleds probably should’ve been a dead give-away 😂)

Next stop..the Four Corners! (Fastest I’ve ever been to four states before 🏃🏻‍♀️)

Then a quick stop at the Welcome to Utah sign (RIP to Lib’s ankle 💀!)

Finished the drive home with more energy drinks, feeding some random roadside dogs 🐶, best pizza in Blanding 🍕, and frozen homemade cookie dough (which obviously needed to be taste-tested immediately 🍪).

Would do another 24 in a heartbeat! 🤍
