What an incredible journey this has been so far competing back to back seasons for 3 years and brining new improved packages each time.

DEBUT SEASON. WHAT A JOURNEY. 🏆💪🏼

From my first ever time stepping on stage at the Albury Border Classic to competing at Aus Nationals with @pca_australia #, this season has been one of the most emotional, challenging and rewarding journeys of my life.

🏆 Albury Border Classic
🥇 1st — First Timers Bodybuilding
🥈 2nd — Novice Bodybuilding
🥉 3rd — Bodybuilding Medium
🥇 1st — Classic Physique Medium

🇦🇺 Aus Nationals
🥇 1st — Classic Physique Medium
🥉 3rd — Bodybuilding Medium

The placings are something I’m incredibly proud of, but the real reward has been everything this journey has taught me along the way. The highs, the lows, the sacrifices and the moments of doubt have all shaped me into a better version of myself. I’ve learnt a lot about who I am, what I’m capable of and what it truly takes to chase something you’re passionate about.

A massive thank you to my coach, @coach__faulkner, for the guidance, knowledge and unwavering support throughout this journey to the stage. You’ve given me a much deeper understanding of this sport, pushed me to keep striving for more and helped me develop not only as an athlete but as a person. I’m grateful for everything you’ve invested in me and the drive you’ve given me to keep growing, both physically and personally.

This is only the beginning. More to learn, more to build and plenty more to prove. The work doesn’t stop here. 🦍🔥

What an experience 🔥

Pre-workout, premium equipment and plenty of laughs with the Syked Squad, the team that became family 🖤💛

We kicked off the day with the @icnaustralia x @nexussportsnutrition collab pre-workout before being treated to an incredible training and recovery experience. High-tech equipment, an amazing space and the best crew to enjoy it with 🙌

After a busy show weekend, it was exactly what the team needed—a chance to deload, unwind and just have some fun together.

A massive thank you to @coachwortz @dynamiqaustralia for inviting us and creating such a wonderful experience. We can’t thank you enough for the opportunity 🖤

One week since I stepped on stage 🥹✨💚🧚

I don’t think I’ve fully processed just how much this moment meant to me.

20 weeks of showing up, pushing myself and giving absolutely everything I had, all while navigating some pretty big changes in my personal life.

The end of a 10-year relationship, packing up 10 years of my life and having to move houses on my own, knee pain so bad I could barely walk, let alone train legs, and countless other little challenges that seemed to pop up at the most inconvenient times along the way..

There were definitely moments where I questioned how I was going to get through it all, but one thing I never questioned was how badly I wanted to see this through and beat the girl who stepped on stage last year..

No matter what was happening outside of the gym, I kept showing up. I stayed consistent, trusted the process and refused to let the things I couldn’t control take away from something I’d worked so hard for.

And to come out the other side with a TOP 10 callout, placing 10th in the most stacked Bikini lineup of the night is something I’ll forever be proud of and I couldn’t have done it without my coach @coach__faulkner 🥹💪🏼

Of course, I couldn’t be more proud of the physique I brought to stage, but I’m even prouder of the person I became throughout the process and along the way.

This prep taught me so much more than discipline. It taught me resilience, strength and just how capable I am of getting through hard things while still chasing the things that make me truly happy 💚🧚

A little reminder to myself that even when life doesn’t go to plan, you can still achieve some pretty incredible things!! 🥹💚✨🧚

Proud of this one. Really, really proud. 💚

Honestly couldn’t be more proud of this!!!

Worlds Sept 2025 transformation —> Worlds Oct 2026 Bikini opens 🥹🧚💚

I knew from the moment I stepped off stage in 2025 that I wanted to do another show and bring a completely different package to the stage.. as well as compete in the bikini category! 🥹 and we did exactly that!! And to top it off placed 10th in a STACKED bikini lineup on the worlds stage! 🥹😭💚 cannot wait to make the next one better again 👀

Appreciate post for my coach Ty!!! 💛🖤

I honestly couldn’t be more grateful to have had Ty in my corner this year. Since joining him at the beginning of the year, we’ve achieved so much together, and I’m incredibly proud of the progress we’ve made, both physically and mentally.

From growth in the gym to a huge shift in my mindset and relationship with food, there have been so many wins that go well beyond the stage for me 🥹

I remember when I first started working with Ty, I told him that one of my biggest goals was to make the top 10 in the bikini lineup, and we did exactly that! Getting that top 10 callout in such a stacked bikini lineup on the WORLDS stage was such a special moment and something I’m incredibly proud of and I couldn’t be happier!!!!🥹

Despite a few challenges life threw my way, my 20-week prep was genuinely such an enjoyable experience, and I owe a lot of that to Ty, his constant support and the amazing community he’s built within the Syked Squad 💛💪🏼

What means even more is that Ty and his beautiful wife @elliemfaulkner drove 8 HOURS to the Gold Coast to support me at the FMG media night as well as at my show the whole day and then spend the weekend with me, enjoying post show yochi & spending the day at movie world with me!! 🥹 Something I’ll never take for granted and I couldn’t be more grateful 🥹

Ty, thank you for everything you’ve done for me this year. Your time, effort, guidance and belief in me never go unnoticed!! I couldn’t have asked for a better coach seriously.. and I’m so excited to keep working together, continue making progress and start planning for the next comp! 🤩🤩

And a special thank you to Ellie for making the trip too 💛 Having you both there made an already special weekend even better!! So many laughs and memories that I’ll cherish for a very long time 🥹

⁣A prep full of wins throughout, topped off with a glamorous performance, that ticked off the target set right from the beginning of working together. Last time competing in the transformation category lit the determination to pursue the target of next time you hit the stage it would be within the Bikini category at Worlds. To not only compete against the best but earn a top 10 call out. Not only did you sign and deliver, you did it amongst an absolute stacked line up and biggest on the day 👏🏽 ⁣
