A little sneak peek of what’s been happening behind the scenes at Haus of Santos… and trust us, we’re just getting started! 👀

We’re so excited to announce that we’re teaming up with @twelve_truck Kusina in East Brunswick, NJ! 🎉

Kicking things off during East Brunswick Restaurant Week, we’ll be bringing some of our signature Filipino inspired goodies to the neighborhood!

We’re bringing the holiday magic to Twelve Kusina, too!

Throughout the holiday season, you’ll be able to pre-order your favorite treats for pickup at Twelve Kusina or stop by to browse and grab something sweet from our available selections!

Whether you’re planning your holiday gatherings, looking for thoughtful edible gifts, or simply treating yourself (because why not? 🤭), we’ve got a few sweet things up our sleeves!

Hello, October. And hello to a new chapter I’ve been quietly working on.

You may notice a new name and a new look around here… 👀 Sylvanas & Co. (and Taste and See by Audrey) is still here — just becoming part of something a little bigger.
Welcome to Haus of Santos.

And what better way to start than by celebrating Filipino American History Month with our community. 🇵🇭

Come see us at Ligaya Fest on October 10th, starting at 2PM, alongside Filipino-owned businesses, artists, makers, creatives & food vendors.

I’ll be bringing some familiar favorites — Sylvanas + Sans Rival — while giving you a little peek at what’s coming next for Haus of Santos.

This snapshot was 11 years ago when I decided to make this business “official”.

I hired a business planner, a photographer, got all my ducks in a row, to help me build what I’ve always wanted to build since 2009 (or even much earlier).

Life happened but the goals never changed. The building never stopped. I’ve came across many roads, paths, and even detours, to one day be able to build what I’ve always intended to build.

It was never about building wealth or building a business. It was ALWAYS about building people, influence, community, and an impact.

This is also the reason why 17 years ago, the name “Taste and See” was divinely whispered in my ear and I was given the strength, the empowerment, and the talent to go forth to Taste and See the goodness of what the good Lord has in store for me.

If you’ve been around since the very beginning, thank you for your continued support. You’ve watched me grow, learn, move, fail, and come back time and time again. If you’re new here, welcome to my journey and I appreciate you for staying, watching, and supporting.

I’m not sure where my next chapter will be but I know I have a mission I was given to fulfill. 🙏

Imagine this: a Friday night, an 8-course menu, the most incredible culinary experience I’ve ever had, shared with my best friend.

It’s been years since I last thought about returning to @koraikitchen to try their Dawat dinner, and finally, I made it. Everything was simply amazing. The food was clearly made with love and precision.

The flavors we tasted were incredibly comforting and nostalgic. This was my second time having Bangladeshi food, and even this time, it felt like coming home..

Thank you, Nur-E and Amma for welcoming us into your home and your culture! Continued blessings to you and your business.

The hype is too real, guys! If you’ve never tried their spot, they’re available for take out on weekdays and only offer their Dawat dinners 2 days a week. But hurry they sell out in 10 mins once their dates are posted!

If you remember, 8 years ago, was when we first started offering our frozen cookie aka sylvanas by Sylvañas & Co.
From the demand of our friends and family and later on a whole community we are always so grateful for your support.

We thank you for continuing to follow and message us despite our lack of availability in products.

Next Sunday, on August 23rd, help us celebrate an 8 year journey with our products and service.
You’ll be able to find us at @masagananj in Belleville with your favorite sylvanas and other products!

We will be taking pre-orders and limited products will be available for the pop-up. Additional details will be provided soon.

Life has been life’ing but the goal is still real…

It’s been a minute since I’ve been able to change things up a bit on the Taste and See side of the world but, thankfully, I was able to create a little something different recently.

My neighbor requested a surprise birthday cake for her husband and she asked if I can do a strawberry shortcake. I said, let’s go!

Here’s what we created:
Pandan chiffon cake
Fresh strawberry compote for the filling
Chantilly cream with mascarpone filling
White chocolate ganache cream to top the cake

I wanted to create an Asian style cake, #iykyk 😜

I’ve done celebration cakes in the past and they truly are a fan favorite but this new season we’ll be putting out these Asian flavors and creations ready for you to share with your friends and family!
