Wrapping up an unforgettable moment for Friend Studio with our first capsule collection showcase in Cape Town, South Africa.🇿🇦

The build out of this ‘FOR THE LOCALS’ collection took time, making this debut even more emotional. I’m walking away feeling deeply honored by the experience and overwhelmed by the love and support recieved.

Huge thank you to the team at Merchants On Long for bringing this vision to life in such a historic space.

The collection is still on view at their store on Long Street.

“Meet on the Blacktop” is a project close to my heart, driven by a love for hooping and the local communities it supports. Choosing Kingston, Jamaica for this initiative was a purposeful decision for Friend Studio, aligning with our mission to partner with global organizations and emphasize the impact of community and collaboration. This project aimed to demonstrate how basketball can act as a powerful unifier, bridging divides and cultivating a sense of shared commitment and purpose.

Partnering with @snofamilyfoundation and @jumpman23, our goal was to elevate local talent and offer support where it was needed. Massive thanks to the team for donating sneakers, gear, and their time! This project is, at its core, what Friend Studio is all about—community, collaboration, and making a genuine impact.

Special thanks to @hoops_with_ffriend and the entire team for bringing the energy and spirit to this partnership.

Appreciate all the love and support as we continue to build and uplift. 🇯🇲
