Handy Walks & Talks | October 17, 2026
📍 Anchorage, Alaska

Good morning! Went for a walk with no agenda, just some thoughts about travel, change, and getting unstuck.

Travel has always been my reset button. Sometimes we get so comfortable in our surroundings that we forget how big the world really is and how many possibilities exist beyond what we see every day.

I’m in Anchorage filming Secrets of the City with the Harlem Globetrotters, and it got me thinking about how much of human history has been shaped by people moving, exploring, and searching for new opportunities.

Curious: When you feel stuck in life, what helps you reset your perspective?

For me, it’s travel. What’s yours?

Wrapping up an unforgettable moment for Friend Studio with our first capsule collection showcase in Cape Town, South Africa.🇿🇦

The build out of this ‘FOR THE LOCALS’ collection took time, making this debut even more emotional. I’m walking away feeling deeply honored by the experience and overwhelmed by the love and support recieved.

Huge thank you to the team at Merchants On Long for bringing this vision to life in such a historic space.

The collection is still on view at their store on Long Street.
Stop by and see it for yourself.
