STOP!

Please read the whole post and please do alllllll three, but definitely #3, that's my birthday wish 🤗

Yall. I don't look like what I've been through 😭 God has been BETTER than good to me! 🙌🏾

Yessss It's my birthdayyyy and feel free to bless me if you see fit ($SymonneSPARKS on everything 😌) but I want you to stop for a moment.

Inhale. Exhale. Inhale again. If you are breathing, know that there's more... there is a chance. A chance its not too late, a chance you didn’t miss out, a chance there's something else for you to do, a possibility that you're in development headed towards right where you should be. Now, It may not feel like it but watch your words and how you speak on you, fam. God is not done your story is still being written. Keep your head up, okay?

A couple of asks since I'm the birthday girl... 😏

1. BE KIND to all. Love others as yourself, and you have to love yourself to do that.
2. Every time you take a breath, let it encourage you.
3. Comment below with something you are grateful for.

Thank you everyone for your birthday wishes. God loves you and so do I. 🥰 by @symonnesparks

"MAY WE FOREVER STAND TRUE TO OUR GOD, TRUE TO OUR NATIVE LAND."

I often revisit this rendition from Dr. @wilsongwilsing and I, and it just hits a bit different this year.

"And after you have done EVERYTHING... Stand." Eph 6:13
