*insert boring founder story here* What you really want to know is do you trust me, will you like working with me and can I fix your problem(s).💭 Well, yes, yes and yes. My last management client, a service-based provider, had an organic IG conversion rate of 9.6% in Q3 last year.⚡ They went from no online presence to fully booked with a waitlist of qualified leads after 7 months working with me. Zero money spent on ads. I have years of experience including creating platform-specific strategies for NGOs including WWF-Aus. I have built TikTok audiences from scratch and ran the organic Earth Hour Australia campaign two years running. If you are a brand or NGO who is scaling and needs help, but isn't quite ready for the cost of a full time hire, you are in the right place.✍️ I offer social media packages built to generate leads, grow your brand awareness and build community with your audience. I have tested and proven my systems to ensure a seamless & clear workflow so hiring me brings calm, not another stress. But don't just take my word for it: ⏬ ⏬ “This is how you run a social media marketing biz man. Excellent communication, clear timeframes and updated info as things change. I'm honestly so blown away. Do you treat all your clients like this? Its f*cking good” - Chris, Small business owner “Amy is a joy to work with. She is highly organised, reliable with timelines and approvals processes, and exceptional at community engagement” - Elise, WWF-Aus If you are a business or organisation that wants to get their time back, DM me. 📩 by @systemsocials
Here's exactly how I'd use Threads for a brand 💬 Find the "Your algo" feature by hitting the two hamburger menu on your feed page 🔽 ✍️ Type in the topics your audience cares about ✍️ Your feed fills with posts from people already talking about those thing ✍️ Reply to them with something useful, funny or interesting (from your business Threads account) Each reply puts your brands name infront of exactly who you are trying to reach, and it starts conversations you can't get from posting alone. My top tip 💡 don't oversell on @threads & do not just share your IG posts there. It's a conversation app, so your Threads strategy should be build around community engagement. Chatting with your audience, build relationships and trust. Reply, ask questions and share what's happening behind the scenes. Outsourcing your marketing shouldn't add to your workload, but it also cannot be completely hands off. 💭 As your social media strategist, I need to chat with you in depth about your business, your goals and your audience. I want and need to understand your business and audience inside and out so that I can do my job properly. All I need after that call are your assets I can use and a small chunk of your time each week to approve content ideas or creations. That's it.💡 Weekly 20min catch-ups are included as building a relationship with my clients is really important to me, we get to lol and chat about your business over a quick call to stay on track. Ready to turn your organic social traffic into tangible business growth? If you are a business owner or organisation leader looking for dependable social media management, let’s chat! hello@systemsocials.com 📩 by @systemsocials

💡 What do you think? I believe a lot of social media managers are making things more complicated for their clients. You sign up, get on a call, and then you're sent a 59-question form to fill out, a 47-page strategy deck, logins for your new client portal in Notion and a Slack invite (but you don't really know how to use Slack). You just wanted someone to give you your time back, but now you're overwhelmed by everything you have to do with your new hire. Here's how my services have been designed to cut the crap and make things simple for business owners.⏬ We have a chat about your business and audience, then I create a strategy and go over it with you on a call to make sure we're aligned. After that, you receive a text from me each week and a report at the end of the month. That's it. All of our communication is via WhatsApp, so you don't need to learn three new pieces of software. Simple, easy, no BS.💅 We jump on a quick WhatsApp call each fortnight to chat, and I keep you informed about what's going on without any jargon or extra logins required. If this sounds like a workflow that would suit you and your business, get in touch x by @systemsocials
Outsourcing your socials can cost less than a full time hire and take just 15mins of your week 👀 Swipe to see how ⏩ by @systemsocials
Which metrics should I focus on? 💭 It depends on your social media goals: ⏩ If you want brand awareness, look at non-follower growth, views and reach. You also want to monitor non-follower engagement on your top of funnel content. ⏩ If lead gen is your goal then I would focus on profile visits, link clicks, website bounce rates, GA4 traffic sources and Google Search Console. Also track DMs and comments where customers are enquiring about your product or service [as this can then lead to a website visit later on]. ⏩ If client/customer retention is your goal, have a look at repeat commenters, DMs, shares and saves. Unfollow rates can also tell you if loyal customers are dropping off. 💡 TIP: This can happen if your messaging suddenly changes and your audience no longer feels aligned. An example of this is when people follow an account for house reno inspiration, the creator has a baby and starts posting about mum life. Only people who are wanting to consume both of those types of content will stick around.  Which metrics do you check most often? by @systemsocials
