In search of Seattle‘s best burger, we start at the incomparable @asaderoprime in Ballard, where both the classic Steakhouse burger, and the spicy Sonora burger are on an already stellar menu at lunchtime (plus the Wagyu burger that we’re going to have to get next time). @seatown.tastebudz just experienced something extraordinary last night in the form of the incredible new downtown restaurant @laloba.seattle — from the scallop crudo to the trinxat croquetas to the hangar steak, everything was TOP NOTCH! Like, Michelin star vibes! Plus, we had a wonderful server named Kaili who knew the menu inside and out and gave us great recommendations all night long! And we are def suckers for drinks in treasure chests that have (dry ice) smoke coming from them. Top that off with some flamenco music in the background… Beautiful! It’s not often we personally shake the hand of GM — but in this case we had to commend GM Max Murtaugh on a job well done with his restaurant taken in Seattle, Washington by @t.backlin75
