Yesterday was so beautiful. Two of my favorite people were surrounded by a full day of love and congratulations — exactly what they deserve. To my niece I love you so much. So proud of you for finishing nursing school. Watching you grow into the woman and nurse you are today has been such a blessing. Your hard work, heart, and dedication paid off — and this is only the beginning. Love you always.👩🏽‍⚕️🤍 @kaee_macc To my God sister and brother in law, watching your love grow into this next chapter is so beautiful. I’m so happy for you both! Wishing you both a lifetime of love, peace, laughter, and everything you’ve been praying for. Love y’all always. @ladyyriss @bpgotit 💍🤍 by @t.lenise_
Beginning of first, second, and third quarter. This is body recomp 27.7lbs in 7 months. Losing the fat and gaining the muscle. #body #glutes #bodyrecomposition #workoutmotivation #womeninspiringwomen by @t.lenise_
Glutes got bigger, fuller, and lifted in 9 months. December 2025 to September 2026. That’s body recomp, losing fat while building muscle at the same time. I only do 4 glute movements, twice a week: thrust, hinge, squat/split squat, abduction. That’s it. I hate universal programs. If your trainer’s got you on one, they either scamming you or robbing you. No in between. Everyone’s muscle fiber makeup, limb length, and recovery capacity is different, what works for their hinge won’t load the same for yours. Fast reps and conditioning don’t grow glutes, tension does. Stop wasting your time on seven different movements. Train the functions, overload progressively, recover, stay consistent. More exercises doesn’t equal more growth. #fyp #gains #discipline #gym #fitness by @t.lenise_
Always been pretty, was just chunky. #fitnessmotivation #blackwomen #workout #fyp #weightloss by @t.lenise_
8 months apart, 40 lbs difference. Kept the glutes, built even more projection, and been getting rid of that waist! Body recomposition comes down to proper nutrition, adequate protein, resistance training, progressive overload, recovery, consistency, discipline, and PATIENCE. And I’m nowhere near done! With the seasons changing and winter approaching, I’m NOT letting seasonal depression get the best of me this year. I’m staying active like I have been all year, if not more. Keeping my routine, staying disciplined, and prioritizing my mental and physical health. I’ve worked too hard on myself to let the colder months throw me off track. The season may be changing, but my commitment to myself isn’t! #fyp #gains #discipline #gym #fitness by @t.lenise_
Daily affirmations. #fitness #gym #explore #women #fyp by @t.lenise_
I’m so ni-i-ce! February 25, 2026: 189.7 lbs | 41.3% body fat Today: 150 lbs | 28% body fat 39.7 lbs down and 13.3% body fat lost. Dropping fat while keeping the gains. #bodyrecomposition #fitness #fitnesstransformation #fyp #explore by @t.lenise_
Changing my mindset changed my reality. I always knew who I was. I just had to change my habits and learn the power of consistency and discipline. #fitnessmotivation #muscle #gym #explore #fyp by @t.lenise_
Luteal phase kicks my ass every month, but I pushed through anyway and complained the whole time. #fyp #explore #lutealphase #women #fitness by @t.lenise_
Change is inevitable. Growth is a choice. Becoming who you’re meant to be requires you to let go of who you used to be. #fyp #explore #transformation #weightlossjourney #fitnessmotivation by @t.lenise_
Idk what my goal weight is anymore 😭 It was 150, but here I am at 150 and still not satisfied! I still have 8–10% body fat to lose, so we’ll see where I land once the glutes are bigger and everything else is more defined. Body recomp takes patience. I learned a long time ago to focus less on the scale and more on how my body is actually changing. The goal is no longer a number on the scale. The goal is the physique. Here’s to being 110 pounds lighter! by @t.lenise_
Not to be dramatic, but… I’m becoming a problem. #weightlossjourney #explore #gym #fyp #fitnessmotivation by @t.lenise_
