Officially a Half Marathoner!!! 14 weeks of training led to this day and I couldn’t be more proud of myself! Weeks of sticking to a training plan while still wearing the many hats that I wear. Shoutout to my run club @gemcitystride_ …They seriously inspire me to do all the great running things and I’m super proud of everyone who ran this weekend!!

My legs feel like jello but I just ran 13.1 miles!!!! 👏🏾 And I placed 19th out of 128?! I’ll definitely take that for my first go round! taken in Dayton, Ohio by @t_biscuit13

🔥 THE HEAT IS ON… ARE YOU READY? 🔥

Good Morning, Run/Walk Family!

August is known for turning up the temperature, but that’s not stopping us! We’re coming prepared with hydration, sunscreen, electrolytes and a whole lot of determination! ☀️💧

📅 The August 2026 Run Schedule is here!

This month isn’t just about logging miles, it’s about building discipline, creating healthy habits, encouraging one another, and having fun while doing it.

So, who’s pulling up? 👀
More importantly… who are you bringing with you?

Bring a friend, a coworker, a family member, or someone who’s been saying, “I need to start.” Their first step could begin with your invitation.

Let’s show up. Show out. Stay consistent. And make every meetup count.

Remember: Your only competition is the person you were yesterday. It’s always YOU vs. YOU! 💪🏾🔥
