Wednesday Word: FULL 🤎✨

Thirty-WON Birthday Dinner + Give Mommy a Second Book Release, and my heart is STILL so full🥹

The love I received, and the love that continues to pour in has reminded me that sometimes you don’t realize how many people are rooting for you until God allows you to see it for yourself.

I’m grateful for every hug, every word, every purchase, every prayer, every share, and every person who simply showed up. This chapter feels different because I’m not rushing past the moment. I’m allowing myself to RECEIVE it 🤲🏽

Wednesday Word: Don’t be so focused on what’s next that you forget to thank God for what’s happening RIGHT NOW.

Thirty-WON. Full heart. And this is only the beginning of this NEW chapter 🌿

🔥 THE HEAT IS ON… ARE YOU READY? 🔥

Good Morning, Run/Walk Family!

August is known for turning up the temperature, but that’s not stopping us! We’re coming prepared with hydration, sunscreen, electrolytes and a whole lot of determination! ☀️💧

📅 The August 2026 Run Schedule is here!

This month isn’t just about logging miles, it’s about building discipline, creating healthy habits, encouraging one another, and having fun while doing it.

So, who’s pulling up? 👀
More importantly… who are you bringing with you?

Bring a friend, a coworker, a family member, or someone who’s been saying, “I need to start.” Their first step could begin with your invitation.

Let’s show up. Show out. Stay consistent. And make every meetup count.

Remember: Your only competition is the person you were yesterday. It’s always YOU vs. YOU! 💪🏾🔥

Self-Care Sunday was one for the books 🌤️

Spent the morning at Northridge High School supporting @bodiedbyheish @built_bodiedfitness, and BOLL it was HOT 🥵, but the women showed up prepared, encouraged one another, and got the work done 🏋🏽‍♀️

That’s the kind of energy I’m always here for. As a girl’s girl, I love seeing women choose themselves and build community while doing it‼️

Here’s to more women supporting women 🫶🏽✨

Today wasn’t easy as the humidity tried it, but we still took that long run 😮‍💨 because moving with intention is putting you one step closer on this journey 🫶🏽

SN: The New Balance Kaiha Roads give flat feet real support with their wide, stable base and soft cushioning, and sizing up a half in the women’s wide adds the extra room that makes long runs feel smoother, more balanced, and genuinely comfortable 🙌🏽
