🎉 RELEASE DAY IS HERE! 🎉

TEAM WINS: The Leader’s Guide to Winning is officially out!

This book has been years in the making! From youth football to commanding winning teams both afloat and ashore, every season of my life has taught me something about leadership, teamwork, and what it takes to win… together.

With my good friends and proven leaders, Jerod Mayo opening the book and Kaleo Kina wrapping it up, I’ve put those experiences into eight chapters filled with life and leadership lessons. Some learned through success. Some learned the hard way. All worth sharing.

I’m excited to finally get this book into your hands. My hope is that these pages help you grow as a leader, invest in your people, and build a team that wins together.

This is only the beginning for The Team Wins Group. The vision is to keep growing our reach and helping people become better leaders through the basics that put the team first.

Thank you to everyone who helped bring this to life and supported me along the way!

📚 Repost, head to the link above, and buy a few copies for yourself AND the leaders in your life. You won’t regret it!

Let’s keep building. TEAM WINS! ⚓️

Honored to be an Honorary Coach for the West at the Navy All-American Bowl! Incredible week with some of the nation’s TOP high school athletes and their families, reinforcing the importance of developing not just elite competitors, but young MEN who lead with character and value service. Back hurt the whole time 😂 but experiences like this are why you do it. Forever grateful! taken in San Antonio, Texas by @t_yree

It took time... but I made it! I earned this degree in the cracks of time most people never see. Balancing ship life, shore duty, leading Sailors (and kids) I simply decided I owed it to myself to see it though! Really excited for what’s next! 👀

Didn’t get a graduation photoshoot
…but Slide 2 is what it would’ve looked like. 🎓😎
