Fynkos Restaurant at Kirstenbosch Gardens is a joy and a wonder, and I recently finished work on its cookbook with the delightful Pamela Shippel-Granoth. Pamela has been cooking and teaching cooking skills for the best part of 50 years. Her new book is bursting with her favourite recipes and the ones people always asked her for.
