SPRINGING INTO ACTION! We’re so thankful @metlifestadium thought of us when they had 1,000 pounds of surplus food from a weather-cancelled @acdc concert at @metlifestadium Saturday! Our driver Jonathan and Chef Gilbert Gardner wheeled the fresh salads, sandwiches, wraps, and other freshly-prepared selections into one of our trucks and we took it to @iglesiaevangelicapentecostalnj in Union City! 🥙🥗🥬Thank you, MetLife Stadium and Chef Gardner! 🤝

✨🥂 🔥👨‍🍳👩‍🍳WHAT A NIGHT!
Hundreds of people had a blast at our annual Chefs Gala at @therockleigh!

Exceptional food, fine wine, and, most importantly, your generosity, translated into impact that helped address food insecurity by closing the gap between food waste and hunger in northern New Jersey!

Children, families, and seniors in need throughout Bergen, Essex, Hudson, Morris, and Passaic counties will be impacted because of the generosity of not just our attendees, but our roster of outstanding chefs and mixologists, who dedicated their times and talents to furthering our food rescue mission.

We are so grateful to our amazing sponsors, beverage purveyors, our Founder's Table Inductees, and our Chef Honoree @chefkwameonwuachi.

An extra special thanks to the evening's incomparable Chef Co-Chairs @knott.jamie and @chef_rd, who helped make this event one of our most delicious and successful yet!

A sweet ending to an incredible evening! 🍨✨

Gelotti was proud to be part of the Annual Chefs Gala benefiting Table to Table, joining some of New Jersey’s finest chefs and culinary talents for a night dedicated to great food and an even greater cause.

From exquisite dishes to meaningful connections, it was an honor to support an organization doing such important work fighting food insecurity in our communities.

A huge thank you to Table to Table for bringing everyone together and allowing Gelotti to add a little sweetness to this special evening! 💚🍦

🍎🍊🍇HEALTHLY LEADERSHIP 🥕🥬🥗
Thank you to @rwjbarnabas_health employees for donating more than 12,000 lbs. of food to us while attending a leadership retreat Wednesday. They also donated 1,200 lbs. of freshly-prepared catered surplus food from the conference.
We donated the freshly-prepared food to @marketstreetmission and the hundreds of bags of food to our new community partner, @rubasicneeds at @rutgersnb.
As a 501c3 nonprofit, Table to Table picks up surplus food at no charge and delivers it for free to community organizations serving neighbors in need. Donations like this occur because of the relationships we forge with donors and recipients throughout northern New Jersey.

#BasicNeedsCenter #Rutgers #FoodRescue #RWJBarnabas #EndHunger A high-angle view of a long pathway lined with hundreds of grocery bags, paper bags, and boxes full of food donations stretched out along a concrete sidewalk. A black metal fence runs along the left side, and a modern building labeled "Jersey Mike's Arena" is visible on the right under a bright blue sky. by @tabletotable
