pretty epic paint party 🎨🫟
started with laying a massive plastic sheet down which looked like the start of a murder….
7 kids, a lot of paint, glitter and glue later (no blood) one grown up (me) - no drama (or murder) and we had amazing creations and 7 very happy kids. Completed parenting for the day and kept the creative spark glowing ✌️

all in a mornings work 💪🏼
loved this job - brief was to bring the sign back to life without making it too ‘new’ all before the pub opened its doors to customers ☑️

time deadline on this was stressful but ended up being no problem, completed and gone by 11am - like I was never there! new skills unlocked; can now assemble and take apart a scaffolding tower solo 😅

what I’ve learnt from this is just say ‘yes’ and figure everything else out later

behind the scenes of this business 👷‍♀️
it’s not all cosy painting at a desk - sometimes it’s collecting scaffolding towers between jobs and 5am starts to complete a job before the business your painting for opens 💪🏼
proud to be flexible and accommodating, potentially a little bit mad ✌️

she’s framed ♥️
all tabs&nut signs are finished in a solid wood frame - usually oak but this commission requested darker wood to match the space it’s going to live in

think I just threw up a little bit - the mention of Christmas when the sun is still shining. But, hear me out ….. you’ve got 8 weeks. My commissions are shutting at the end of November so if you want to be organised and sort some unique Christmas decor for your home that you can bring out year after year or commission a custom Christmas present for someone then start the conversation now. DM’s are always open or drop me an email
