Been a while since I posted. Houston marathon training block is in full effect. Gonna try to create and upload more vlog style content. Until then, keep training. Adapt the plan when needed. It’s not the end of the world if you skip/miss a workout. But don’t be surprised if you don’t accomplish your goal.
