𝕻𝖚𝖊𝖗𝖙𝖔 𝕽𝖎𝖈𝖔 𝕰𝖝𝖙𝖗𝖊𝖒𝖊 𝕮𝖚𝖕. . . First ever IPSC match is in the books and blessed to end up on the podium next to these studs. Took home 2nd in Production Optics! It was a huge learning curve and a different beast in itself. Looking forward to shooting more IPSC matches and diving more into this game. First day was rough, couldn’t find my rhythm and had a hard time mentally resetting. But I was able to recover day 2 and pick up the pace. Definitely helps when you have a solid squad that helps you push and bring the vibes @bran_1211 @jjracaza @fanboygun @jonathan_menocal @david_palma @omi_ppg @ramos_action_shooting. Huge congrats to @bran_1211 for crushing it as always! Always great to shoot with the boys. . . I don't want to walk onto a set, get the shots, and call it a day. I want to understand the world I'm stepping into. The people, the culture, the details someone unfamiliar might miss. Then I get to work figuring out how to show it in a way that feels true to them, but still carries my own creative perspective. That's what makes this work mine. Stage 5 OK Corral local match. . . Nothing feels better than when the dots connect on a stage. Shooting this didn’t “feel” fast. It just felt in a hurry and efficiently moving through the stage. Celebrate and study the small wins because eventually they lead to big wins. Overall stage win by @tacticaluntilthebeep
The work is more interesting when you look beyond the surface. Getting to step into someone else's world, spend time and observe the people who live and breathe it, and find the unique details — those are the stories worth telling. Not just documenting what happened, but capturing what it felt like to be there. I don't just want to know what your business does. I want to know what drives you, what you're about, and what makes you different. That's where the real story is. If your brand is ready for that level of service, let's talk. The Work. . . The boys @rcshootingteam putting in the work together to break new levels. A lot of people don’t know or see the amount of effort these boys put it. The dry fire, reps, and self diagnosis all adds up to what these boys do. When these boys place and accomplish their goals at matches it’s no credit but to them for the work they put in. Being part of the team doesn’t require a special classification or any credential. It’s about being good dudes who push each other and hold each other accountable to trying to reach the same goals. In a community like this, there is no room for envy or self-destruction. There is room for everyone to grow and push each other. That’s what this life and team is about. Proud to share the range and Journey with these boys. @_dirty_civilian_ , @danpolanco and Ozzy. As always thank you to @firesmokestudios for capturing the team. by @tacticaluntilthebeep
Gulf Coast Practical Shooters . . Happy with the aggression on this stage. As always @gulfcoastpracticalshooters puts on a great match. by @tacticaluntilthebeep
Hot Takes. Cold Range Ep. 2 - Quality > Quantity. . . People often believe you need hours a day to train. While that would be amazing to have, it’s unrealistic expectations for majority of people. Between family, jobs and other responsibilities hours a day just isn’t feasible. However, with that being said realistically all you need is a couple minutes a day. While you’re watching your show or before you go to bed a couple minutes of dry fire goes a long way. As long as the training and dry fire is intentional, those couple minutes will teach you what you need to know. It’s not about the reps, it’s about the ability to diagnose and adjust. by @tacticaluntilthebeep
Do the work. . . Growth doesn’t happen overnight. Growth happens through repeated time under stress finding your limits and learning what it takes to get you to the next level. The reps, the sacrifices, the time and dedication happens behind the scenes. It’s Monday, do the reps and get after it. by @tacticaluntilthebeep
Full Auto Friday’s🇺🇸 . . After a week of getting after it, the getting after it continues. Physically I’m working out some scheduling, planning and student video reviews. Mentally I’m at @ohiorangeday sending Freedom Seeds down range….because America🇺🇸. by @tacticaluntilthebeep
2026 Ohio Range Day. . . This past weekend I was blessed to attend 2026 @ohiorangeday and assist @hunterfreelandshooting in teaching 2 courses. It was a weekend with the boys, seeing old faces and meeting new ones. The energy in the students was through the roof and everyone showed up wanting to get better and push theirselves. With a high energy crowd like this it definitely brings the best out of instructors. This was a huge accomplishment for me especially to be sharing the range with @hunterfreelandshooting. In one of the courses, we had an international student @not_so_tactical_frenchy_ which was a first time and huge milestone for myself. The game doesn’t slow down and there’s always room for growth in every level. There’s room to be a better instructor, better shooter and a better person on and off the range. @hunterfreelandshooting said it best, “We don’t just need Grandmaster Shooters, we need Grandmasters human beings.” Huge shoutout to @crawdad.actual @achillesheeltactical @costa_actual and their team for an amazing organized event. As someone who has trained under @achillesheeltactical for years and has seen the growth in their team, it’s awesome to see it and continue to see all of the things still set to be accomplished. If you haven’t been, you definitely need to check out @ohiorangeday. Always awesome to see the boys @mochabear_actual @baersolutions @hunterfreelandshooting @gunny_uniform @subsecond_unleashed @subsecond_ @velox_training_group @khimairastrategy. .THIS IS THE AMERICAN DREAM🇺🇸. by @tacticaluntilthebeep
The @monsoon_tactical @modernmateriel stage at @ohiorangeday! . . Another banger stage by @monsoon_tactical and @modernmateriel. These dudes always put great stuff together. Check out @monsoon_tactical for any custom orders and @modernmateriel rifles! When @rustyturbos tells you it’s on and to lock in, you do exactly that! Thanks for the push bro! Almost forgot the last paper target but all good made the adjustments and locked back on immediately by @tacticaluntilthebeep
