Fear is not an enemy to be defeated. It is a constant. The real issue is who makes the decisions. by @tagayanagi
FREE WEIGHTS VS MACHINES Machines aren't cheating. Your muscle doesn't know what's moving the weight. It only knows tension and effort. A leg press taken to failure builds more than a squat stopped three reps short. Try this: keep your big lifts first, then finish with one machine and take every set to the edge. Free weights only, machines only, or both? Defend your side. by @tagayanagi
Ep. 02 — The Why. Social media, isn't an end in itself, it's just a way to open doors. What's the one thing you've been putting off? by @tagayanagi
More sets won't fix your plateau. Harder ones will. Most people don't train too little. They train too comfortably.Five sets stopped far from failure do less than two taken to the edge. Quick test: if your last rep looks exactly like your first, the set didn't count. How many hard sets are you doing per muscle each week? Be honest. Save this for your next session. by @tagayanagi

Your split isn't the problem. You switch programs every month and wonder why nothing changes. Full body, upper/lower, PPL They all work. The one that works best is the one you actually stick to. Pick based on the days you have. Then run it for 12 weeks. Which split are you running right now? Save this for your next program. by @tagayanagi
