Monday Pitch Day! Great progress today with @coach_mindy_scott working on my footwork to improve consistency. Both curve and screw had good movement too! Just need to continue to hit my spots and improve my velo.

It’s time to meet another member of the Panthers coaching staff! 🐾
Meet Pitching Coach Audrey!
We could give you the résumé… but we figured you might want to know the person too. 😂
From softball favorites to coaching philosophy, here’s a little peek from the mound.
Give Coach Audrey some Panther love! 💙🥎
And remember… we’re saving the rest of the coaching staff introductions for November. 👀🐾 #pantherselite #pantherselitewade #norcalsoftball

Yesterday was my first day with no splint AND my first day back at @008training with my dad 🥹 We’ve been getting some work in at home & at practice, but it felt so good to be back at one of our favorite training spots together! Did a bullpen, a little hitting and some fielding too. Not 100% yet, but getting closer every day. Can’t wait to be back out there with my @ltgsansaver2032 team at our next tournament! 🥎🦁

Thank you @octaviabond for being so flexible with my membership & for the shirt! 🫶🏽

Working with the Camwood one-handed trainer.

Focused on staying down through the shot and working one hand at a time. Then switched back to my regular bat… and the hands just flew through 🔥

Small adjustments

I received another amazing recognition today. I was ranked #81 in the National Extra Elite rankings for @extrainningsoftball
I’m so honored to receive this recognition, and will continue to work hard everyday physically, and mentally to push myself further each time I take the field with my incredibly talented team @universalfastpitchmf
Thank you to everyone who has guided me in my softball journey. @008training @stronger.better.fitness This motivates me so much, and I’m so excited for the future. @universal_fastpitch
