🌧️ Monsoon Challenges in Bagdogra 🌧️

This monsoon, One of the significant challenge is monitoring loner bulls due to the heavy rains. 🌿 The sudden face-offs with these bulls is very risky, cause in this time loners use to enter into the villages specially for jackfruit & Mango ( according to past data record) To tackle this, we’ve launched a door-to-door awareness program in Bagdogra. 🏠

Few days ago a family somehow save their life from a musth Bull. as our goal is conflict to co existence & it's their home land so we have to adjust ourselves first.

Worst Indian Railways.
Again and again.
10th august one female elephant died having almost ready to birth baby in her womb. This case happened in dooars region, chapramari wildlife Sanctuary, ( west Bengal /north east India) that particular railline of Indian Railways went through the sanctuary.
In the night one mail train hit the elephant. according to guideline train can speed up 20km per hr while passing through wildlife zone, but indian railways breaks the guideline. It's simple if they keep the train speed 20km ,they can easily stop the train by emergency breaking. But who cares!!!!!
It's just a animal, no voting power.
It's a shame for us as a human being.
As a citizen of India, I think it's useless to declare elephant as a natural heritage animal of India. While no one charged for the murder . Now Indian Railways claimed that's not their fault.. So who is responsible.
Yess we are responsible. Cause we didn't fight properly in past, that's why things happened again and again.
Wake up.... Wake up. Share and post share and post. Cause most of the people don't know.

This region of West Bengal in India holds a important place for Elephants. this is small clip of elephants migration from India to Nepal. Every year from may middle to July first many small herd gathered in kolabari forest for yearly migration. They went to Nepal in night and returned to India in early morning. This video was captured when they just crossed the international border and entered to Indian territory ❤

Months ago a case of leopard poaching happened in kamla tea garden. 46 km away from our working area bagdogra. Though 12 people arrested by official snd sent to jail but it's not a solution.
As a part of coexistence and for better solution we arranged a awareness camp for Antipoaching, wildlife awareness and educate them how to co exist with big cats instead of clash.

But continuous awareness making the change.. Though we are just removing the stones from the mountain.. Have to move the mountain. One day we will..
