Vanessa joined the Inner Blueprint Workshop in Stockholm, traveling from Zürich, Switzerland.

Since then, her life has changed for the better. She had been struggling with anxiety and insecurity - rooted in beliefs from her past.

After the workshop, Vanessa feels lighter, understands the Core Method on a deeper level, and has experienced a genuine shift in her life.

“Thank you for everything. The Core Method really changed my life.” - Vanessa, Yoga Instructor at Studio Y3, Airyoga, Yoga Holistics United, AM Noura in Zürich, Switzerland

The Inner Blueprint runs two days. You’ll learn a science-based neuromodulation technique alongside the Core Method protocol - a practical way to understand how emotional patterns form, and work with them yourself.

What once felt overwhelming becomes something you can observe with clarity, work through, and release.

You’ll also receive energetic guidance and blueprinting throughout, deepening what the protocol opens.

Rebecca Facey leads the workshop. A renowned holistic therapist, shaman, and founder of the Core Method, she has spent over fifteen years guiding people through change that lasts.

Stockholm, Kontempel · August 15–16

After one Core Method session, something began to shift.

For years, Vanessa carried a fear of not being seen and a belief that she wasn’t deserving of the good things life had to offer. During the session, those patterns began to soften.

She joined our two-day Core Method workshop in Stockholm.

The Core Method helps you understand how emotional patterns are formed and gives you a practical way to work with them yourself. What once felt overwhelming becomes something you can observe with greater clarity, process, and gradually transform.

Some experiences are deeply held and benefit from support in the beginning. With guidance, Vanessa was able to process emotions that had been carried for many years. The shift began in the session and continued to unfold afterwards.

Our next online Core Method workshop is opening soon.
