One of the crazier nights of my life was back in October of 2007 where my best friend and I were invited by Jesse Hughes of EODM to the Frederick’s of Hollywood Anniversary party at the Hollywood Palladium. We even walked the red carpet that night, was fed bottomless booze, and hung out backstage with EODM, Foo Fighters, Silversun Pickups, and various models changing in the hallway. The fancy stuff was served up front, and Little Caesars + Coronas were being served in the back. I even got to watch Foo Fighters perform while standing next to Dave’s guitar tech. This was also during that time where Pat Smear was occasionally returning after his long absence. The idea was to each receive a Germs Burn from him, but he never showed. That entire night created such a profound memory for me that I’ll never forget. . . . . . . @fatherbadass @davestruestories @fredericksofhollywood @sspu @foofighters @eodmofficial @townmoron . . . . . #FooFighters #DaveGrohl #EaglesOfDeathMetal #EODM #JesseHughes #SilversunPickups #FredericksOfHollywood #Guitar #ElectricGuitar #Guitarist #Guitarrista #GuitarWorld #GuitarPorn #GuitarsDaily #GuitarNerd #GearTalk #GuitarLife #GuitarGear #Luthier #musicians #GuitarLove #GuitarsOfInstagram #GuitaristsOfInstagram #GuitarPhotography

A bit of time ago back in October of 2007, my best friend and I were invited by Jesse Hughes of Eagles of Death Metal to the Fredericks of Hollywood anniversary celebration at the Hollywood Palladium to see them play a show along with Silversun Pickups and Foo Fighters. This was the night I met Taylor Hawkins. Today, my best friend is clearing out his house, getting ready to move and we found Taylor’s sticks from that show stashed away in a box. Not “a” stick… The pair. I think this is what Taylor was using in the green room to warm up. But still, now these sticks hold a lot more weight, not only helping recall an amazing night for us but also the memory of a wonderful human being. . . . . . . @eodmofficial @sspu @foofighters @fatherbadass . . . . . . . . . #YouTuber #TaylorHawkins #FooFighters #EaglesOfDeathMetal #EODM #SilversunPickups #Drums #RIPTaylorHawkins #Guitar #ElectricGuitar #Guitarist #Guitarrista #GuitarWorld #GuitarPorn #GuitarsDaily #GuitarNerd #GearTalk #GuitarLife #GuitarGear #Luthier #musicians #GuitarLove #GuitarsOfInstagram #GuitaristsOfInstagram
