There are moments in life that don't feel real until you stop long enough to look around. Today was one of those moments. Every main recipe for Blood, Fire & Protein is officially complete. Every meal has been cooked. Every final photo has been taken. Standing in my kitchen tonight, looking at everything spread across this table, I couldn't help but think about where this all started. This wasn't always a cookbook. It was a way to save my own life. It became a system. Then a binder for my dad. Then an idea. Now... it's almost a reality. Only a few desserts remain before I dive into the final editing process. Tonight, the Blood, Fire & Protein kitchen goes dark to rest. Not because the work is over... Because the next chapter is about to begin. To everyone who joined the waitlist, shared a post, encouraged me, tested recipes, or simply believed in this dream before there was anything tangible to hold... Thank you. This week I'll be sending exclusive early launch discount codes to everyone on the waitlist as a small thank-you for believing in me from the beginning. We're almost there. The fire is still burning. Start where you are. Build who you become. 🔥 Blood, Fire & Protein #BloodFireProtein #CookbookLaunch #MealPrep #Transformation #fitness
