Philly, you showed up❤️

82 events across the city, from a fashion show in the SEPTA concourse to woodworking workshops, brewery conversations about modern waterproofing showrooms opening, a 30+ vendor market, and behind-the-scenes tours of a steel factory. That’s DESIGN REVOLUTION in action.

A huge thank you to the sponsors, attendees, vendors, volunteers, and local partners who made it happen. And a special thank you to Forman Arts Initiative for opening your doors and helping us kick off the festival in such a special way.

What makes this festival special is the people behind it. The makers, the designers, the curious neighbors, the small businesses, and everyone who believes Philly is a place where good ideas and good design can take root.

That’s the power of this community. Thanks for being part of it.

Thank you @jpgphotoandvideo for capturing the most beautiful night ever. We couldn’t be luckier. It’s actually nauseating how much love was in that space. The night before was the highlight of the weekend for me. Hands down.

Last night was just the start of all the creative conversations to be had this 2026 DesignPhiladelphia Festival. We had so much fun celebrating with our design community and especially with our DesignPhiladelphia Award winners. Thank you to all of our sponsors for making the evening possible.

See you out and about these next two weeks! Festival calendar at the link in bio 📍

Introducing our newest board members: Anjan Chatterjee, Sarah Eberle, Alyssa Pope, and Michele Leff.

Their perspectives, care, and vision bring a lot to the work happening at Fringe! We’re immensely thankful for their time, support and devotion to the arts, and excited to keep working alongside them to move Fringe’s mission forward.

Please join us in celebrating these incredible humans and welcoming them to the FringeArts board.

Still basking in the sweetness and joy of our Heritage Dinner. The finale of so many of the pastry chefs who brought their cakes to honor Rose Levy Beranbaum was glorious! Special thanks to @fantes9thstreet for sponsoring and the many Dames who helped organize and produce our desserts. Shout out to pastry chef @katehoneyman who brought her cakes and @walnuthillcollege pastry students to help cut hundreds of cake tastes, to @compulsivebaker (Rachel Sherman) for coordinating it all, Leslie McLaughlin from @franklinfountain for rallying the troops, and Chef/teacher Kelli Payne for leading the massive cake slicing! Who can forget Franklin Fountain’s Honey Comb ice cream or the nectarine intermezzo from Gab Cordone from the @thebentspoon . Thanks to @burlapandbarrel for their chef gifts. (Their cinnamon is the best!) we have so much gratitude for all the talent shared and for the celebration of our honorees, @realbakingwithrose, @canalhouse founders, Melissa Hamilton and Christopher Hirsheimer and @micheleleff12 from @12stcatering
Thanks need to go to the cochairs @ndibona and @lynnie_buo
