Hi 👋🏼 I’m Taylor — welcome. ✨

I’m officially starting to show up more consistently on here, so I figured it was time to properly introduce myself.

I’m a full-time personal trainer 💪🏼 , part-time bartender 🍸, and part-time soccer coach ⚽️ — juggling a few different worlds while building a life I’m proud of.

Along the way, I’ve learned that taking care of myself isn’t optional — it’s necessary 🧠. That means making time for movement, building strength, chasing goals, and showing up even when life feels busy or messy.

This space will be a mix of gym life 🏋️‍♀️, real schedules, pets 🐾, coaching, and figuring out how to balance it all without pretending it’s perfect.

Welcome to my little corner of the internet.. 🤍
