Since I work from home, I’m usually trying to fit lunch in between everything else on my schedule. Some days are just busy, and I don’t have much time to think about what to make. But today, I was craving something warm, and I knew exactly what I wanted: my favorite @18chestnuts soup, Tuscan Tomato. 🍅

So I headed to @thefreshmarket , grabbed a jar, and brought it home to warm up.

And, this is definitely not your typical tomato soup. The Tuscan Tomato blend includes sweet potato, red bell pepper and artichokes, and it’s gluten-free, low sodium, and contains no added sugar. Plus, I love that it comes in a glass jar.

I served it with one of my pre-prepped snack plates with grape tomatoes, sliced cucumbers, olives, hummus and crackers or dry roasted edamame for an extra protein boost.

This makes for a quick and filling meal, and it was so good. 🌱 A reminder to keep some jars on hand for busy days!!

Have you tried @18chestnuts soups yet?

🐯🏈 Mizzou Homecoming feels like our official kickoff to fall! We love getting outside and taking it all in, then coming home for a quiet night with a few extra comforts.

Our Thinking of You crate has some favorites for just that:

☕ Rich Ritual drinking chocolate, made with cacao that naturally contains antioxidants and magnesium
🧦 Colorfully mismatched and ultra cozy Solmate socks, made in the U.S. with recycled fibers
🕯️ A white birch candle, comforting soup and sweet treats to savor

Add the curated playlist and thoughtful prompt, and settle into a little time for yourself.

Send someone a lovely night in. Shop at the link in bio. 🤍
