Thanks to Aymee @2016papillon for sharing these - they really hit the mark.

Life isn’t perfect, and that’s okay.

It’s easy to feel like we have to fix everything, be everything for everyone, and constantly keep going. But the truth is, we’re only human. You’re not responsible for fixing every broken piece or making everyone else happy. Sometimes, the most important thing you can do is pause.

Take a moment to rest. To breathe. To reflect. It’s okay to feel tired, to wish for change, or even to struggle with letting go. It’s okay if you’ve made mistakes, if you’re not where you thought you’d be, or if life feels messy.

This is your reminder: You have permission to rest. Replenish your soul, because you can’t pour from an empty cup. Let go of the idea of perfection, and embrace the beauty of taking care of you.

It’s okay to feel. It’s okay to need space. It’s okay to be a work in progress.

🌟 Take time for yourself today—you deserve it. 🌟

64. We’ve helped 64 animals since moving onto our property last April. 🥹 We are honored to carry our work into 2025, but we need your help first. We desperately need a perimeter fence to keep our rescues safe from predators while still allowing them the freedom to roam. We need an equine shelter for our recently rescued donkey trio. And we need a small animal barn to keep our goats and pigs dry and warm during the winter. EVERY dollar goes DIRECTLY to these sweet animals. Please consider donating and be sure to SHARE!

Here’s a cool story! 🥹 A few months ago, one of my followers in Florida reached out to ask if I could take in her sweet bun. I told her I’d share it to my stories. One of my other followers, @2016papillon also lives in Florida and agreed to adopt Luna! How COOL is social media?! Not only is Aymee an incredible #bunmom to Luna (and dog mom to Gia,) but she’s a tremendous Sunny Rose supporter as well! And while we’ve never met in person, I’m happy to call her a friend. 🫶🏼 Happy birthday, Aymee!!

Whilst I am aware enough to know that it's not about me, or us, it's about service to them and God, it's still been a tough week.

@2016papillon sent me this to which I am very grateful. It's a reminder that we are all only immortal for a limited time and to count our blessings every single minute of every hour of every day. Dog bless.

Asya brought us today “martenitsi” for a Bulgarian Tradition on what is called the day of Baba Marta. The tradition of giving friends red-and-white interwoven strings brings health & happiness during the year and is a reminder that spring is near.☕️💖😊🧿
