What a day at the @2020levels Job Fair. Faceflavour was there to cater, but as an alumni of the program myself, it felt like coming home 🏠

Seeing so many young people show up and put their best foot forward in front of employers like Jacobs, Virgin Media O2, Tesco’s and many more was genuinely inspiring. So much help, expertise and opportunity being offered in one room.🏠

The panel talks gave real insight into a day in the life at these companies, and the alumni panel hit different. Hearing former 20/20 Levels participants share their own journeys, being unapologetically themselves and taking risks along the way, was so powerful 🖤.

The alumni panel was the real highlight for me. A few takeaways that stuck with me:

Treat every part of your life like a project. Build systems that support you.

Stay visible. Stay open. Opportunity finds the people who show up for it.

Have the AUDACITY . Authenticity is a risk worth taking.

@2020levels @mr.oye gave me so much, from the network to the confidence to build Faceflavour, and I’m proud to say I came through this program as a pitch night winner too. 🥃💪👔A big thank you to everyone that came to celebrate men and supported with HOC’s The Gentlemen’s Circle – The Cost of Being a Man event on the 25/06/26 in support of mens mental health awareness month in June 👔💪🥃

To every man who attended, every speaker on my panel who shared their story, & everyone who contributed to the conversations throughout the evening. Thank you for trusting us at HOC to deliver this special evening dedicated to celebrating men. The room was filled with an incredible mix of male founders, entrepreneurs, investors and professionals from all walks of life, different stages in their journey yet 1 thing united all the men: Unfiltered honesty

On the panel we spoke about power, pressure & purpose. My speakers shared stories of success, setbacks, responsibility, resilience and what it truly means to be a man in today’s world. They gave our audience so much value, knowledge and expert wisdom & more.

What touched me most was seeing so many men choose vulnerability over performance. Moderating such an inspiring panel and hearing their stories of success, resilience and honesty was incredibly moving. The openness, respect and brotherhood in the room almost brought me to tears. It was an honour to create a space where men felt seen, heard and celebrated—an evening that has certainly earned its place in HOC events hall of fame.

A few months ago, I had the privilege of moderating @black.swan.collective’s panel, The Cost of Ambition, alongside an incredible group of speakers.

In front of 120 young people, we unpacked the realities of ambition—sharing honest career stories, lessons learnt, and the highs and lows that often go unseen.

One takeaway has stayed with me:
Success isn't just measured by what you achieve—it's measured by the impact you leave behind.

As I reflect on Q2, I'm taking that mindset into Q3.
✨ More audacity.
✨ More intention.
✨ More impact.
