5 minutes before this rep, he slipped, fell off the box, and was terrified to jump again.

He didn’t want to get back up there. He had tears in his eyes, his legs were shaking, and fear told him to walk away.

But @24jmac24 held him accountable. He looked him in the eyes, reminded him who he was, loaded the resistance bands, and said: “Make it count.”
