Today’s spritz: @pradabeauty Paradoxe Radical Essence. On first spritz, neroli and orange blossom blooms create a luminous, white-floral effect that’s sweet, fresh and slightly citrusy. Soon, salted pistachio notes come forward adding a savoury, almost edible quality rather than a sugary confection, before sandalwood settles in with its creamy, smooth woody warmth, giving the fragrance depth and a sensual finish. The scent feels feminine without being overly girly, gourmand without smelling like dessert and sensual without shouting for attention. Today’s spritz: @ninaricci L’Air du Temps White Orchid Edition. Airy, luminous and quietly sophisticated, the perfume opens with crisp aquatic and salty accords that immediately evoke the feeling of an ocean’s mist. Elegant white orchid and jasmine blooms soon waft forward, lending a creamy, velvety softness with a radiant, sunlit sweetness. As the fragrance settles, earthy vetiver provides a grounding, woody depth before smooth vanilla wraps the composition in a delicate, comforting warmth. Each note unfolds gracefully, creating a scent that feels clean yet sensual, fresh yet comforting. It’s the perfect balance of floral femininity with effortless, chic refinement. Apparently colouring outside the lines was just beauty research all along.

Thanks @alisonmcgill for including @elatecosmetics in @29secrets summer beauty roundup.

Earning a spot as “The Fun Jumbo Pencil” for eyes, highlight and a little creative chaos, this limited-edition collection gives you permission to scribble all over your face!

Ma-gni-fique !

I love this message so much I had to write about it for @29Secrets. I hope you’ll give it a read (link in bio) and understand just how important it is for women to strength train and how it’s the best investment you can make for your future self and health. Somehow, we’ve ended up back in this dystopian diet culture hellscape and women are shrinking before our eyes. Ladies, we are not going to overthrow the fucking patriarchy or take down billionaire oligarchs in the street with tiny fucking noodle arms and a 1000 calorie a day diet! Get in the gym and lift, lift heavy and EAT. And if you’re worried about getting too “big” or “bulking up” well, my sister from another mister, let me tell you this: I’ve been lifting religiously for six years, I focus on protein like it’s my fucking JOB and I still can’t, for the life of me, get “big” See my slides for evidence. This may be as good/big as it gets for me. Am I genetically cursed? Maybe! But trust me, you’re not going to wake up one day with massive Marvel superhero arms but you may wake up one day with Osteoporosis, fall out of bed, break a hip, and never make it back out of that hospital. LIFT.THOSE.WEIGHTS. Don’t make me come over there, because I will!

The problem is not your eye cream. The problem is the category.
💌 Comment EYES for 20% off eye care in your DMs.

”Eye cream“ is sold as one product for one problem. It is not.

There are four distinct under eye concerns. Vascular circles need caffeine. Pigmented circles need melanin inhibitors. Hollow circles need volume support. Fine lines need retinal.

A single product cannot do all four. Anything that claims to is marketing.

Find your type first. Then buy.
