I visited Sri Lanka in 2012 but only traveled around Colombo and then again in 2021 where I visited so many places - Kandy, Sigiriya, Galle and an Ayurveda Retreat. Stayed at incredible hotels and did a lot of activities.

This time, my 3rd visit.. i’d only been hanging out in the Surfing town so I can keep my morning routine since these towns are so similar to where I live in Palawan now.. they just drive at the opposite side of the road and Sri Lanka is way cheaper to travel than living in the Philippines.

Any tips for the South coast? For now, sharing #throwback photos from my adventures in 2021 and 2012. 😍

P.S. if you’re busy or lazy, we can assist you getting an evisa to #SriLanka at filipinopassport.com. Contact visa@filipinopassport.com

Or maybe convince my team at @travelwithkach to arrange future group tours to #SriLanka.. but check out travelwithkach.com / tours@filipinopassport.com 🥰

✅ Bucketlist Check in MAURITANIA. Shall I organize a group next year for @travelwithkach

Riding Iron Ore Train, the world’s longest freight train in 2021

Aside from historical towns, Mauritania is also the home of the longest and heaviest train in the world. The Train du Desert in Mauritania is 2km long and consists of 200 carriages. There’s no conductor, no tickets, no CR, no rooms, no charging station, no fixed schedule - challenging diba?🤯

Riding the Iron Ore train for 12 hours feels like I was floating! Met incredible people too!

So if you’re looking for a thrilling, exhilarating, and once-in-a-lifetime experience, you should ride the Iron Ore Train! ☺️

Gigisingin nya ang bored mong Katawang Lupa! HAHA 🤣

I’M HOME and back again in San Fernando, North El Nido with my dog, Malaya.

I’m just so happy to be back in the Philippines after almost 5 months traveling non-stop to 35 countries but 25 UN countries that I haven’t visited before.. wrapping up my 11 year mission to visit every country in the world on a Philippine passport. Now, 194/195 🇵🇭🇵🇭

Now, time to be a dog momma.

my Lagotto Romagnolo got pregnant unplanned with a beach dog, can’t blame the nanny but I’ll spay her next so she can have a peaceful life - didn’t want before as I wanted to have more Lagotto puppies as it’s a rare breed in the Philippines - they think she’s a poodle or a labradoodle, NOPE. She’s a pure-bred and born in Montenegro and I brought her back to the Philippines last year because I’m slowly getting ready to settle down.

Until she gives birth and she’s good then I’m off again to visit my last UN country - SUDAN then I’m done.

hopefully, still make a record to be the first documented non-dual citizen in my country to accomplish this ambitious and very expensive dream then ready for the next chapter… what shall I do next? 😘😂

Mauritania 🇲🇷

I’ve been seeing so many posts from the Iron Ore Train adventure in Mauritania and I could say that experience was one of my top 10 to do all of my travels around the world.

The incredible friends I’ve met during this trip in 2021.. we’ve visited few cities but the highlight was riding one of the world’s longest freight train for 12 hours - nonstop.

I would definitely do it again, one day. Filipinos can get visa-on arrival in this massive Western African country - perfect to do it if you’d also go to Morocco or Senegal.

This is Kach and I’m a Proud Filipina! 🇵🇭

So as of November 2022, I can officially say that I visited 184 UN / Non-UN countries in all the 7 continents including Antarctica using my Philippines passport 😍

I’m not counting airport layovers.. only countries I visited where I entered with a stamp / visa or stepped outside the airport/ immigration. ✈️

I don’t have other citizenship than being a Filipino - I just want to show you guys that it’s not easy but it’s DOABLE even having a “weak” passport.

I’m still aiming to travel to EVERY COUNTRY IN THE WORLD but it’s getting more challenging getting tourist visa and logistics but I’m determined to keep going when I get healthier with my spinal injury.

So hopefully next year and in the next 2 years, I will be traveling more of the Philippines then to my last 2 countries in Asia (East Timor & Syria), last country in Europe (Belarus), Pacific Islands then Africa.

If you live/ work in the countries I haven’t visited above.. can you comment below on tips and tricks for visa applications or places to see?

Hope to meet some of you guys on the road but you’ll mostly find me this 2023 in the Philippines or Montenegro!

extra for those who kept asking: I didn’t make this map. haha. The phone app that I used here is called BEEN. Free app and if you’d like to use it, screenshot your maps too, tag me and send me a dm 🤪

After 15 years of traveling to 184 countries & territories on my Philippines passport… I still feel like I haven’t done much to prove my patriotism.

I graduated from the University of the Philippines ( Los Baños) yet I left Pinas a month after I graduated, Iska pero hindi nagsilbi sa Bayan noon.

I finally returned home to the Philippines and this time I’m ready to serve my country. 🇵🇭

I’m now officially a Reservist, 🎖️Batch BCMT 2023 - Alpha (Habagat).

You may now call me Sergeant (Sgt.) Katrina Medina Umandap of the Philippine Air Force Reserve Command 🇵🇭

I only listen to men with ambition and abs. ❤️ I will still go out with you if you don’t but only alpha men can harness my femininity and sexuality (age doesn’t matter, I’m a chameleon and I can adopt. I will always look younger anyway. Haha!)😘

I’m also too presentable to be hidden, so yes you must date me 😎

If you have substance, guts and grit, my dating life will be open next month, only half-kidding! 😂

I’m back in #Asia ☀️

Stayed longer than what I initially planned in Montenegro to rest a bit but you guys know that I always change my mind and go wherever and whenever I wanted 🤣

I’m not really a cold weather girl so I’m glad to be back in #Dubai to kickstart my personal solo travels this 2023 ❤️

Staying again at @hotelindigodubai which is an @ihghotels / @hotelindigo 😎

Love the weather, love the vibes.. I’m not on a party mode so it’s good that it’s Ramadan time! ☀️
