30. 🤍

If you’d asked me a few years ago what I thought 30 would look like, I’m not sure this is what I would have pictured. But I can honestly say 30 has been the best year yet.

Somewhere along the way, I stopped waiting for the “right time” and started choosing myself. I stopped making excuses and started showing up — even on the days I didn’t feel like it.

This journey has become about so much more than my body. It’s about discipline, confidence, self-belief and learning to love myself through every stage of becoming.

As a single mam to two boys, that means even more. I want them to see their mam chasing her dreams, pushing through the hard days and refusing to give up on herself.

I want them to know that where you start doesn’t determine where you end up. That setbacks don’t define you. That with belief, determination and hard work, anything is possible.

I don’t need to be a perfect mam. I just want to be an example of someone who never stopped trying.

A huge thank you to Chris Mooney , my coach and true friend. Thank you for believing in me when I struggled to believe in myself, for pushing me, challenging me and seeing potential in me before I could see it. You didn’t just change my body — you changed my mindset and my belief in what I’m capable of. Forever grateful. 🤍

And thank you @michaelbourkephotography for capturing this chapter so beautifully. These photos are memories I’ll treasure forever. 📸

Looking at them, I see the early mornings, hard sessions, sacrifices, doubts and all the little decisions nobody else saw.

I see a woman who kept showing up.

And for the first time, I can truly say I’m proud of you. And to the little girl I once was — I know she would be proud of the woman I’ve become.

30 has taught me I don’t have to wait until I’m “good enough” to love myself. I can love myself while I’m still growing, learning and becoming.

30 has been the best year yet.

No excuses. No limits. Just determination, self-love and the belief that the best is still to come. 🤍

The time is going to pass regardless🤷‍♂️

The best advice I could give you is to form the habit of going to the gym and living an active lifestyle. It’s only going to pay dividends in the future.

The harsh reality is it is very competitive now, we are all competing against each other. For jobs, opportunities partners etc. You may as well stack the odds in your favour.

Trust me they’re going to be in your favour if you are the maxed version of your self. It’s all start with you.
Life is a whole lot easier to manage when you are in shape.

Not just because of the visual aspect but from the character and person you become getting there.
